Will provide data, if so, how much?

I used this in the Philippines. I got 1 gig/3day for 50 pesos (about a dollar). They give free sims on the plane or in airport, but, you only get 350megs / 3 days for 50 pesos using the free Sim. If you are spending more than a week and plan to use lots of data, this is a better deal. Mine came preloaded with 75 pesos. I loaded another $5 on it before I left USA. They have a lot of different plans to suit your needs. You dial a number when you land and it starts an encoding to allow you to select the plan you want to use.

Will this fit a Galaxy Note edge?

Yes it will fit the Note Edge it is the micro sim that fits, my problem is that i had to be activated in the Philippines.

If i put this in my unlocked samsung galaxy s4, can i call a philippine cell # if i'm still here in the us? i'll go to the philippines in 3 months

Yes, this SIM will work on your Galaxy S4, just need to activate the roaming service if you want to use the SIM here in the US, just choose the SIM w/ P150 package if you need to activate roaming

Defective Product

Cannot return this Sim card on time. Product is with me in the Philippines and can return it only upon my return to the US around end of September. This is an expired SIM card according to GLOBE Philippines.
