Have ordered this multiple times. Though the product may be comparatively expensive to many other brands , the quality is good and I have come to trust Doctor's best. Vitamin K is essential to prevent calcification of the arteries. So I take it daily with vitamin D. Product was received as advertised with long expiry. Seems to work for bone health
I take this along with other supplements for my bone health as I am an older female. 2 months ago, I was in a barn and got wacked really hard by a goat horn on my arm. Not gorged with the tip but hit with the side of the horn when he swung his head around. Had a bruise for 2 weeks but no broken bone.

Get inform when you take vitamins
When you take vitamin D3 you should ad vit. K2 MK7, doctors don't tell you this but it is important that way vit.D3 don't go to your arteries goes to your bones
