I've bought many of these soap dispensers over the years. They last for years even with using them multiple times every day. I use them for dish soap in the kitchen as well as hand soap in the bath and they work fantastic. Easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to set amount of soap to dispense, easy to change batteries. Can use a full fill on a set of batteries before needing to change. Has never clogged up. It's just a really great addition to any kitchen or bath using a reputable brand name. Don't care for their soaps so I'd skip that next time.

I broke down and bought an automatic dispenser, and am glad I did. I cook a lot and got tired of using a bar of soap several times while cooking. This product works well. It it sensitive, but not overly so. You can easily adjust the amount of soap that is dispensed. You can easily turn it off when you want. It was shipped with a substantial amount lavender soap. I hate scented soaps, but this one is very mild. Bottom line, I now wash my hands as often as I should as I cook my dishes. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I use 3 in my bathrooms and one in the kitchen. Excellent product. I tried a cheap-o plastic version but it couldn't compare to this Simplehuman soap dispenser. It came with a sample of soap but you can use practically any refillable kind. I will say it's very sensitive, but in a good way. I just have a tendency to set it off when I wipe down the sink. It doesn't eat up batteries and it's very easy to adjust the flow of the soap. Also very sturdy and looks sleek on the counter.

Possibly because the two of us in this house wash our hands so often, the batteries do not last long. When the batteries do operate, the soap is dispensed with the perfect amount. The dispenser is sleek and attractive. Would like to search for something similar with usb.

I was having to constantly replace the batteries in my old soap dispenser. It was time to replace it after five years, so I got the same one!! The new one lasts forever with the batteries. We use it for hand soap and love the smell of the lavender. It nice that the motion works because if you have greasy hands, you don’t need to touch anything.

Great at kitchen sink

This is our 2nd dispenser, highly recommended. Get this one NOT the rechargeable one! We tried that and were constantly charging it - LAME. We use rechargeable AA batteries and they last for MANY months before needing a swap out. We also use the "Evolved By Nature Liquid Hand Soap Refill" 128 oz in these dispensers and it works perfectly - cheaper and less plastic than the Simple Human refills!
