Powerful, Versatile, and Easy to Clean
This grinder has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. We don't use it for coffee—instead, we use it for grinding spices, fresh herbs, and making oat flour, and it handles all of those tasks exceptionally well. One of the best features is the two removable stainless steel bowls. Having a dedicated bowl for dry grinding and another for wet grinding is incredibly convenient. We use the dry bowl for spices and oat flour, while the wet bowl works great for fresh herbs and other moist ingredients. It helps keep flavors separate and makes cleanup much easier. The grinder is very powerful. In fact, it's almost too powerful—you only need a few seconds to grind most spices. It's fast, efficient, and produces consistent results every time. Another thing we appreciate is that it's not excessively loud, especially considering how much power it has. The removable bowls make washing and cleanup quick and painless. Overall, this is a well-built, versatile grinder that has exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a quality grinder for spices, herbs, grains, or homemade oat flour, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Great grinder!!!! Would buy again!!!
I've had this grinder for 4 years and the spice grinder bowl just busted on me. Even then, the company is honoring the warranty and giving me a replacement. It is loud and only has one grind setting, but it gets the job done within less than a minute of grinding at 10 second intervals. While the bowls can hold a lot of spices and coffee, I wouldn't recommend storing the spices/coffee in the bowls themselves long term as the flavors can stick to the bowls.

Purchased Secura Electric Coffee and Spice Grinder
The Coffee & Spice Grinder looks to be well made. Some complain it's pretty noisy but my wife and I didn't think so. The product was well packaged and supported with inside-the-box packing. My wife has only used it a couple of time, once to grind homegrown basil and then walnuts and pecans. It ground the basil and nuts to her satisfaction. That is the only thing she's ground so far. We don't drink coffee so it won't be used for that. The reason for the 4 stars is that whoever packed all the parts, shoved the two bowls together so tight that I bruised the palm of my hand trying to separate them. I am 83 years and she 82 years old and obviously not as strong as younger people but I open all our vacuum packed jars with relative ease. There is absolutely no reason to smash the two bowls together like that. There was plastic wrap between the two bowls which would make separation a little more difficult but nothing like what I had to do to separate them. I couldn't use any type of tool to break them apart for fear of damaging them. I twisted and twisted until, like I said, I bruised my hand palm. Just before they broke apart, I told my wife I was going to repack the thing and send it back. The plastic between the bowl is fine, just don't jam them together. I did give it 4 stars but I was very close to giving it a 1 and sending it back. Maybe they could just use paper to separate the bowls instead of the plastic. I'm sure my wife will get a lot of use from the grinder. We may even start to grow some of the spices ourselves now that she has a grinder to grind them up. My recommendation is to try this grinder. I'm sure you will like it. Just be prepared that if the bowls are separated by the plastic and jammed together, you may have to get someone stronger to get them separated.

Purchased in May 2025 and one of the cups stopped working in March 2026!
More than five years ago I ordered a Secura and was very impressed. When there was a recent problem with the grinding cup I decided to purchase a new one. Secura is more expensive than other brands but with the removable cups and the option to have two cups allows the grinder to be more convenient. On May 16, 2025 I purchased A second Secura Coffee Grinder. Yesterday (March 25th 2026) the 2nd cup stopped--I Reviewed the troubleshooting guide But it did not pertain to my Issue. I did try to reach out to Customer service is the 800 link. The recording informs us to send an email which is spelt out. I thought to do this today and saw now that the recording does not give that information and in fact said strange numbers and did not identify itself as the company.. tells us to basically write an email to the address they spell out. Today on the March 27, 2026 and clicked on the link for the Customer service number there was a strange message that did not Identify itself as the Company. I do believe the issue with the grinding cup The result of defective manufacturing. in reading past reviews someone mentioned that the burrs (sp) wear down and this may be the rubber that is used to turn the cup. I am truly not sure but I do know that I won't buy this brand again. Unfortunately my satisfaction from the earlier model led me to think I would not get the warranty--Foolishness on my part. However the 'two wonder' has now reduced to one cup and I don't know how much longer it will last. I had to resort to a cheaper but more functional coffee grinder And I wish that I had purchased this originally rather than a second Secura. It is getting irritating beyond measure that companies that sell things do not have Customer service available. I have already favored those few companies that invest with people powered customer service for it shows that the company cares enough about their product and their customers! apologies if there's typos I do use the dictation function and sometimes words may not be what is intended. Or change after I've edited.

Great quality and easy to use. Also works for vegetables
I was very impressed with this product. It's well made and does the job great. It is also easy clean up. I had a cheaper brand years ago that I used for chopping carrots for salads as well as other veggies. This one has a blade for coffee and one for veggies. I just recently started drinking coffee. I wanted a stainless steel one and and I'm very happy with the quality of this one. Something else that is very helpful with this is that you have good control over how long you use it. You just press down on the unit and let go when you want it to stop. I use a lot of short spurts instead of longer ones and, well, it's just very easy to operate and good quality.

Updated Review: My Mistake, Not the Product ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
had this for exactly a month and had only used it 4–5 times before it suddenly stopped working. I was really disappointed. Update: I later realized I had probably overloaded the small jar, which triggered the safety switch. It seems the motor just needed some time to reset. Once I figured that out, everything worked as expected. Overall, it’s been a great product. You just need to understand what you bought and respect its limits. As long as you don’t overload it, it does the job really well.

All Around Winner!
We love this blender. It is pretty loud, but reasonably so and similar to other models we've used in the past. We use this for everything from blending coffee beans, to making salsa, to making baby food. We like that it's all stainless steel so it's easy to clean. We hand wash and don't put it in the dishwasher, but we haven't been hand drying it and the blades have continued to remain sharp and effective. One thing to be careful of is making sure you clean and then quickly store the small rubber gasket under the lid. It's easy to lose (and accidently grind up)! The other potential negative is the capacity of the blending cups, but honestly it also means it's easier to store in one of your cabinets or drawers. It doesn't take up a bunch of room. The cord is also reasonably long so in case there's distance between your blender and the closest outlet, you should be good to go. We'd buy this again. A great tradeoff of value and cost.

Best after sales service
I loved the product performance and then it broke down after one year. I contacted the manufacturer, they refunded and I purchased the same one.

Versatile.Gets it done Quickly!
The lid ensures there is no mess and the bowls can be easily cleaned. One bowl is more suited to coffee beans; the other can be used for dry food like nuts and spices as well as wet food like ginger root or garlic cloves. Perfect for small jobs when you don’t want to use larger equipment like a food processor, etc. Only downside is gauging how long it takes to get the consistency you want. Overall very pleased with this purchase.
