Won't hold a zero.
I hate doing this, but this won't hold a zero, even on an Sig P226 air pistol. The entire front comes off to accept the battery, and the end cap comes off for access to the elevation and windage screws, see picture. The zero mechanism is weird, turn the up screw a full rotation and now you're 6 inches to the right. The laser is bright, and the craftsmanship is good and in line with the price. But the quick release doesn't provide enough pressure to the hold the sight in place, it bounces all over with every shot. I haven't tested this yet, but it also could be that the laser is not secure in the housing.I don't want to spend more than this on a beam for a pellet gun, so I may go to work with a file and some jb weld, to see if I can a tighter fit.

Fits on stats blaster Picatinny rail
I purchased this sight for my kids stat blaster, If you’re questioning why would I purchase such a product for a child’s toy, it is because This was one of the least expensive sights at $30 that used an included rechargeable 123 lithium battery, a big advantage over having to replace button batteries. Additionally Nerf wanted $30 for a toy laser sight. For $30 this sight is sturdy and very well-made, the laser diode is very bright and easy to see in the daytime. My only issue is that the adjustments for zero are difficult and will change if you twist the lens or battery cap.I think if you are a serious shooter with high power guns you should consider a more expensive unit with a better zeroing system, however for my purposes I am very satisfied with the product.

Won’t stay in site
It’s a good laser but it won’t stay sited. I site it in but when I fire one time it slips from the setting. I have tightened it as much as I dare & it still slips. It will not maintain a line of fire.

NOT MADE FOR A PISTOL.
Like the compact size. Light stays fairly small at 50 yds.Quick detach, does not fit tight on the rail. Had to wedge a piece of wood between the trigger guard and the back of the light. Think it is made more for a rifle than a pistol. Haven't got the laser sighted in yet after 50 rounds.
