Good replacement for the one it replaced

Works as intended.

I take 1 of these about an hour or so before I would like to fall asleep, and it really does the trick for me. It helps me feel relaxed and calm. I usually take it with one or two Passion flower supplements as well. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep, my mind tends to wander and I begin to feel anxious. However since I started using these supplements I have less trouble falling asleep, less tossing and turning. I like that when I wake up I don't feel foggy or tired like with other sleep aids.

It's really hard to find small dose night time herbal aids. Thank you for at least going this low. Lower would be better on the liver and kidneys, but I'm not really complaining about this lower dose pill. Thank you.

i bought these for my bf who was having a hard time sleeping and he’s been very down with just about everything in general. it’s been about a month since he’s been using them and boy has he done a complete 360! he has no trouble sleeping and he’s no longer in a rut, these pills are amazing!
