Awesome! I have been going to Physical Therapy following rotator cuff surgery. The PT has gotten most of my flexibility back and started to improve my strength. Several of the exercises involved resistance bands like these. Since my authorized PT is ending, these bands allow me to continue my rehabilitation at home. The variety of strengths allows me to progress as my body improves. The bands are almost identical to what the PT facility offers and the length of them is long enough to do many types of exercises.

I love the bands for stretching. The different sizes are great to adjust intensity. They are durable, portable with great resistance.

I appreciate the quality of the product, but it could be a slightly sturdier material. I have a feeling that after using these for a period of time, the tensile strength of them may tend to fade. Definitely helpful for physical therapy treatment at home, though. Love the variety of colors and the easy storage capability.

I use these to do my physical therapy exercises from home. You aren't going to get a benefit unless you do it daily. These make it possible to do it right. They are good quality and effective. Worth the money.

Clearly marked for easy medium and hard. Seem well made and a little wider than others vibrant colors and delivered on time. No complaints
