I bought this mask to help with my dry eye. The Dr. told me to use a warm wash rag on my eyes but it just didn't stay warm long enough. I use it on low most of the time and med sometimes but the high is just to hot for my eyes. Very comfortable the fabric is soft and I like that you can remove the inside to wash the cover. It is also very relaxing

It started to smell even though I cleaned the top cover and aired it all out each time. So I opened it up and it’s made of flax seeds which can mold over time. It lasted about a month.

I originally used a glass bead product that needed to be heated in a microwave. It was too hot at first and needed to cool down. Then it could be used for only a few minutes before it was too cool. This product uses a USB power source (I use a battery for portability). You can adjust the heat level and ise it for as long as you want. Problem solved. Oh, and did I say it works for dry eye?

Warmth was great, but it was like putting 2 heavy rocks on my eyes. Returned immediately.
