This is Amazon's version of 400 units of vitamin E. It is d alpha tocopherol which means it is natural. I have been taking vitamin E for some time and I know there is synthetic vitamin E and I would not want that type in my body. This is natural vitamin E and a super bargain price is what you get. I have paid as much as $12 for a bottle like this and this is markedly less in price you could get several bottles for the same price I generally pay for one bottle of 400 international units of vitamin E d alpha tocopherol. This is all natural and a great deal. Highly recommend and I will be getting more.
