Perfect fit. Easy to install.
OEM replacement. This product was easy to install and made replacement easy. Comes with new gasket too.Probably more expensive than it needs to be, but it meant not having to make modifications to the RV.

How to connect properly so you don’t get reversed pularity.
I like this product, it works fine, what I didn’t like was that the connections aren’t color coded or marked as indicate witch wire goes where, so I had to remove old one and match wires.

Should work as advertised.
Definitely designed to be screwed into wood. If you're building something custom like I am, you'll need a better mounting solution. I'll be making a backer plate to mount into. Something that won't flex very hard.

Large scratches on face plate cover.
It works great. I used it on the party bus to hook up a generator. Disappointed in the large visible scratches on the cover and how flimsy it feels, but it works so I guess I'm satisfied.

Not weatherproof, at all.
The back of this device is completely open. So, if you have it mounted anywhere that will be exposed to the elements...it will take on water, etc. Just FYI.

Well made.
Item was received well packaged and sooner than expected. This is a well made product that will keep your cord attached when used with the twist lock pig tail cord.
