The phones are spectacular. Voice quality perfect. Everything the equipment is supposed to do works perfectly. These phones are used in my business and perform grest.

Love this phone. Great addition to my home office. Purchased for Hamshack Hotline but also great for VOIP service.

I purchased this phone to go with a vonage VOIP account. Although the item was received quickly, I was disappointed to see it came without a power cord. It did mention this somewhere in the item description, sadly it was not very obvious. Once I did establish the power supply, I was unable to set up my service. I keep getting the same "initializing network" message and can not figure out how to set this phone up despite spending a lot of time with vonage customer support. They are telling me there has to be a problem with the phone or cord, which I just purchased. Altogether, a waste of time and I will have to return.

I ordered 4 of these phones and only 2 of them work. One of the two that work is giving some issues but overall unsatisfied with this purchase.

It looks and works just like a factory fresh phone. Works flawlessly. Note that it is an IP phone - so you need broadband and an IP account. It isn't an analogue telephone.

Non è facile da installare, si tratta di un modello vecchio se non sei pratico sarà complicato aggiornare la lingua ed il firmwaredisponibili sul sito cisco dove però è del tutto assente un manuale per procedere alla loro installazione, Io sono un informatico e non ho avuto problemi ma credo che un utente nornale non possa riuscire da solo quindi l'unica pecca è che non viene fornito un manuale con riferimenti funzionanti per la messa a punto del telefono.

Produit conforme et fonctionnel, a parfaitement fonctionné du premier coup. Administration claire, j'ai utilisé ce téléphone pour un abonnement OVH VOIP. Attention, il faudra un switch PoE pour le faire fonctionner. Très bonne qualité audio, produit bien emballé et envoyé dans les temps.

Me ha gustado lo bien q funciona

Lo recibi lo enchufe , y una vez configurado , siguiendo intrucciones de varias webs y foros de VOIP ,puede funcionar como telefono Ip de movistar. Destacar la calidad del sonido y la robustez. Le compre una unidad POE aparte para evitar tener que ir con alimentadores colgando
