Is this the actual Tactical Tailor brand? because the label is the picture looks like the brand Condor.

The ones I have and my buddy are tactical tailor.

Do these fit bigger guys ?

Oh yeah. I'd be willing to bet it would fit a 7 foot tall guy. Lots of webbing provided, so there is a lot to work with. BTW, I love these thing. Takes all the weight off of your hips and spreads out evenly on the shoulders. High marks. Buy American and don't buy the cheap chinese crap.

Will these fit a 2.25" Duty Belt?

Yes they will. I wear them on my Bianchi duty belt.

Will it work with my leather keepers?

The belt keepers that are included have plastic d-rings on them to act as attachment points for the clips on the suspenders. You may be able to rig something up using key rings slid over your existing belt keepers maybe... or try to find leather keepers with d-rings to attach.
