We make a lot of egg muffins every week in multiple variations and they slide out like butter--without the butter! That alone makes this pan worth every penny. We do NOT grease the pan in any way and the muffins not only slide out like magic but they also get nice and browned which is not something we got with silicone. We ditched the muffin tin liners and the silicone cups and have not looked back. The only down side to this pan: I now want ALL my cookware to be ceramic.
