when i say perfect i mean it. over the last 17 years ive used many version of these guys from the professional big rigs at physical therapy clinics to the personal use ones with batteries. although i dont like the fact it uses the old micro usb cable to charge im happy its one that does charge and doesn't need batteries. worked right out the box. i love the bigger pads the distribute the feeling a little more. helps with the massage modes and back especially. like i said ive used many of these over the years and have had multiple injuries from sports. these are life savers especially with muscle fatigue and pain around joints. the size is perfectly transportable as well. it comes with a handy bag also. for the cost especially in 2026 where everyone is raising prices i don't see myself going lower in price and getting this quality. THERE are a lot of modes and you have to cycle through all of them so if you mistakenly pick a mode then you have to click a bunch of time. another pro is the A and B side can be on 2 different modes , which i have never seen on a portable unit before. it makes for some nice sensations but be careful on the intensities.

Works good, definitely helps in my situation. Can't beat it for the price. I like that it's small and portable. I can easily take it every where I go and have ready as needed. It has a lot of different settings so you can choose what works for you.

I have purchased 9 of these units. Yup, 9. They only last about 6 months of daily use before they start to zap you unexpectedly. It’s painful enough to not risk it again, having tried to push through the 6 month mark many times, but they do fail eventually. The last two I purchased have a loose attachment at one of the cords, which results in one end always pulling out anytime I move, sit down, etc. I have an older unit that I use at work, no issues, but the two newer ones (last 7 months) both do this. As someone who wears one every day, it’s quite annoying when you have to re-insert the cords every 10 minutes. I only continue to buy these because of one specific setting that I haven’t found on any others. So to me it’s worth the 6 month failure and repurchase, but the cords falling out is starting to push me to a different brand, unless they fix the issue.

This device works very well and is easy to use. The different modes provide great flexibility, and the dual channel feature allows targeting multiple areas at once. The electrode pads adhere nicely and deliver effective stimulation. For the price, it’s an excellent value and highly recommended for muscle relaxation and pain relief.

This unit has been extremely effective with the muscle pain in my hip and leg. I went to a PT and just couldn't resolve the issue, but the unit made a huge difference. I had to experiment with placement and how high to turn it up, but it has been great once I found the sweet spot. Unfortunately, the instructions are not clear. The booklet has about a size 4-6 font and I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. It has a lot of modes, but doesn't explain the difference of what the mode does or why use one over the other. It is small and light weight, so I plan on using it traveling. When I remove the patches, there are no marks or redness on the skin. I use it on my hip, knee, shin, and it has made it so much easier to go up stairs. I've only been using it a couple weeks, every other day for 20 min. and my pain is almost gone. I highly recommend it. There is a newer version, but it is a little larger. Battery lasts a long time in this little unit.

This little TENS unit works wonders. It has many different "patterns" of stimulation to choose from. It also has different time selections to choose from as well. The electronic pulses has a wide range to select and they are definitely strong. My wife and I love it!!! We also bought more of the pads for future use. The rubber pads are quite sticky and stay in place. Can be used multiple times. The TENS unit is rechargeable and the good thing is the battery lasts quite a while before needing a charge. The main controler is small, lightweight and easy to hold. The display is clear and easy to use.

Amazing, helps with pain in about 15 mins. It's small, light, compact and has its own baggie for storage. I will say it would be great if you could dim the light on it because it's really bright, especially when you need it in the middle of the night. Finally, knowing the frequency of each mode would be great because then you can find the one that works for you and set it for always.

This has been a lifesaver. Great for stiff neck and back muscles. Very relaxing easy to stick on and peel off. I love the traditional massage and accupuncture features. I can turn it up quite high and if you're really tough I could see how you would turn it up all the way. Good quality at a reasonable price. The battery also holds up for 6 ish hours as described! Would be great for a road trip or anything with excessive sitting around uncomfortably!
