This unit has been extremely effective with the muscle pain in my hip and leg. I went to a PT and just couldn't resolve the issue, but the unit made a huge difference. I had to experiment with placement and how high to turn it up, but it has been great once I found the sweet spot. Unfortunately, the instructions are not clear. The booklet has about a size 4-6 font and I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. It has a lot of modes, but doesn't explain the difference of what the mode does or why use one over the other. It is small and light weight, so I plan on using it traveling. When I remove the patches, there are no marks or redness on the skin. I use it on my hip, knee, shin, and it has made it so much easier to go up stairs. I've only been using it a couple weeks, every other day for 20 min. and my pain is almost gone. I highly recommend it. There is a newer version, but it is a little larger. Battery lasts a long time in this little unit.

Sorry for the long review and rambling, but this tens unit has caused a lot of confusion, and me being a curious little Hobbit, I can't *not* say it all. I cannot figure this thing out for the life of me. I've read the instructions so many times. I've had 2 of the other 6 setting cheaper ones of the same brand where you can't control the different sides (A+B), and I didn't even need instructions to figure that one out. On the instructions for pad placements, some pads are shaded. There's no indication on what that means, but chiropractor told me to crisscross them and I'm guessing shaded pads on the diagram are from one wire. The cheaper one was soooo easy to understand, but this one, not so much. I took pictures of how he had the professional one in the office on my back when I saw him 18 months ago then bought one for at home. He explained how to do it myself in detail so my dumb blondeness wouldn't cause more damage or injury to my already wrecked back. I'm 36 and I'm too young to hurt like this *sigh* BAD car accident. These instructions seem to be backwards on some of the placements from what my dude said. He's been a chiropractor and owned this office for like 20 years so I trust him more than this booklet. I think I might just do it how I was taught since I have no idea what the mode numbers mean... they don't really point to anything specific. What does the 1 and 2 mean? No specific instructions. Maybe like on mode 3/4, the "1" means 3 and the "2" means 4? Are A and B supposed to be on the same 1 and 2 of each mode, or the opposite? Does A and B have to be on the same mode if they're in the same spot, like my lower back? As in, putting A on mode 4 and B on mode 13? This modeI, the instructions should be more detailed since the others are so easy, this one has way more buttons and SO many settings. It works a lot stronger (maybe DEEPER is the word I'm thinking) with the modes which are the same as my old one, that's for sure, but the pain was gone in 30 minutes with the other one and with this unit it seems to take longer for pain to subside. I might try an ice pack and thin towel on top like the chiro does in office, he recommend that for my home use too. I wish I wouldn't have accidentally ordered two of them, but for the price it's okay. My best friend has more pain than I do, everywhere, so early Christmas I suppose? I'm too lazy to return it and I love her face. I might update my review with her thoughts when she uses it. The battery lasted FOREVER without charging on my last one, hopefully this is the same. I'm really irritated that this one is a micro USB charger, my others from this brand are type C. Pads are more sticky than the replacements I bought for the other unit. Overall, I'm happy with it. I got it on Prime day deals for $23, I anxiously waited for it to go on sale for months. I'm definitely taking it with me to the chiro for an adjustment in the next few days so I can get advice from the man who knows all the things and the stuffs. For now, I'll stick to my old one so I know what I'm doing.

Amazing, helps with pain in about 15 mins. It's small, light, compact and has its own baggie for storage. I will say it would be great if you could dim the light on it because it's really bright, especially when you need it in the middle of the night. Finally, knowing the frequency of each mode would be great because then you can find the one that works for you and set it for always.

This device works very well and is easy to use. The different modes provide great flexibility, and the dual channel feature allows targeting multiple areas at once. The electrode pads adhere nicely and deliver effective stimulation. For the price, it’s an excellent value and highly recommended for muscle relaxation and pain relief.

I was very impressed with this TENS unit. It is small yet mighty and it doesn’t look or feel cheap. It was a pretty silver color and it works well. I noticed that it helped with my pain and the battery lasts a long time. It came with patches that can be reused and you can also buy more to replace any used up patches. I love this little device!

Ideal for athletes, very effective for pain relief, and easy to use. It offers great value for the money.

So great I purchased 2!! One for myself and one for my partner. Originally we were going to share, but I can see us needing it at the same time. I have been doing all kinds of procedures and different pain control medications with no effect on wicked headaches I was getting. Turns out the issue starts in my neck, and this machine can take a 10/10 headache away in 20-30mins! Electrode quality is also excellent and if you want to purchase additional pads, they are very reasonable price from this company. Very easy to use, and so versatile. Nice and light weight. I can’t even think of a complaint! Battery life is incredible. So worth purchasing!
