Good protein bar, very dense bar but high in protein and good amount of creatine. Furthermore, even thigh taste is not anything amazing it still taste a lot better than a lot of other high protein bars.

A decent snack bar or small meal replacement whether you are on a protein focussed diet or not. All of this type of bar have a tendency to be overly sweet and this bar is no exception. It is not unpleasant but it is very sweet. Overall, decent snack after a workout, good protein content and as part of an Amazon subscribe and save reorder, good value for money

Not great, gets stuck in your throat even with a medium bite as they are very dry. Texture is also dry and sticking and ingredients could be questioned. Wont be purchasing again.

They’re nice enough — a bit on the stodgy side like most flapjack-style bars, but they do the job! The flavour’s decent (Salted Caramel Brownie hits the spot), and for a 75g bar packing 20g of protein plus creatine, you can’t really complain. For the price, they’re solid value — especially when you see what some other brands are charging these days. 8.5/10 overall - not gourmet, but definitely gets the gains job done!

Chewey bar and tastes ok.

Nice flavour, good protein to carb to fat ratio. A but hard but not too hard.

I don’t like these protein bars at all. They taste ok but are so unbelievably dry. It’s such an effort to eat one and I find I can only stomach doing so if I have a hot drink to help wash it down. I’m not impressed at all. I don’t recommend them and I feel they aren’t very good value for money at all.

Have to say, not impressed with these, the texture is very dry and the flavour is not good at all, I have decided against using them, and binned them, sorry guys.
