Dr. Martens Women's Work Chelsea Boot

I'm obsessed with these boots. I've always loved the brand, but especially having non-slips ones have been AMAZING. I work as a bartender in a really high-volume venue. There are a lot of spills, chemicals, sanitizers, you name it. Last night I trudged through spilled ranch and later on, spilled macaroni and cheese. These boots bear it all and help prevent slips in this sort of environment. I also wear them often in the snow/ice, definitely helpful!Not only do they keep my feet safe, dry, and warm in all of the things, but they're also really comfortable. I'm used to Dr. Marten's taking awhile to break in, but these only took a day or so before they felt natural. I was pleasantly surprised!The material they're made of make it EXTREMELY easy to wipe and clean them up, especially not having to deal with laces.They're tight on the ankles, which is just fine for the shape of my body/legs/feet. But if you have wider calves or feet, I'd recommend looking into another variation of these instead.

I love these. They barely have to be broken in, I wore them around the house for 15-20min a few times and they molded to my feet with no blisters. I had to leave these when traveling, they didn’t fit in my bag, and I miss them so much. They’re the best boot I’ve ever worn.

This is a great shoe, still looks new after use for about a year. It will take probably another year before they’re fully broken in. Made much more comfortable with an insole, but even without it, I could walk for hours and miles without a problem.Perfect for city walking.

took forever to break in and i definitely recommend wearing thick socks. however after having them a little while they keep my feet from hurting after long serving shifts and are definitely waterproof!

I’ve been wearing Docs majority of my life. Have been eyeing the black Chelsea with the non slip soles for a while. Had the brown pair. One complaint I see a lot of the size and that they’re so hard to break in. Always get a size up than what you normally wear and they’ll take about week to fully break in. This took about 2/3 days of all day wearing for me to be fully broken in.
