Excellent controller - works well and feels great. Easy setup.
I'm very impressed with this controller. It feels great in the hands, and most importantly, it interfaces flawlessly with my Android emulation device. The controls all feel really good - the sticks and triggers are great, and the buttons have a great feel. The D-pad has a clicky-ness to it which is sufficiently damped to feel really precise and good. The controller just feels solid without being overbuilt or too heavy. Battery life is excellent, and lag/latency with a Bluetooth connection feels almost non-existent - comparable with the controls on the device itself. I got this controller on a very good deal (sub-£20!) and it really is excellent. It'd still be good value at closer to £30. Very happy.

Basically perfect.
A really great value controller. Low latency, solid but not heavy. Easy to use, comfortable and light sticks, pleasant buttons and triggers, and a responsive, accurate dpad. I think you'll struggle to find a better controller without spending 1.5-2x as much and even then, you're not gonna be getting that much more for your money. Overall, an excellent product.

Almost great, but forgets its settings.
I got this to replace an official Xbox controller (which I used for playing Steam games on PC that require a controller) that has developed stick drift. The official controllers for Switch, Xbox, PS4 and PS5 all use resistive analogue sticks which wear and only last a few months to a couple of years. Given that magnetic hall effect and tunneling magnetic resistance (TMR) sensors that don't wear much at all exist, it appears like a money making scam to be using resistive analogue sticks. Having to toss multiple official PS4 and Xbox controllers due to stick drift, I vowed to never buy an official controller again and go with a gamepad that had TMR analogue sticks which are designed to last and be responsive too. After hunting for a while, I found the GuilKit ES Pro that ticked all of the boxes and was reasonably priced too. Compared to the official Xbox controller, the size and feel is very similar, but I prefer the feel and responsiveness of the ES Pro's analogue sticks. The ES Pro is 80g lighter than the Xbox controller with NiMH rechargeable batteries. Compared to the official Xbox controller: • The springs on the analogue triggers and sticks are slightly lighter • The left and right buttons are softer and less clicky • The digital stick is less firm, but much quieter • The buttons are also quieter, but look like the ABXY letters are printed on, meaning they may wear off In use I really like this controller except for three things: • When using it with Steam, you have to press the cog and plus buttons to swap A-B/X-Y, to make the buttons the same as an Xbox controller, however, whenever the stick powers down it forgets the setting, which is annoying. • The home and share buttons are where the menu and window buttons are on the official controller, meaning you keep on pressing these, instead of the + and - buttons which are higher up and perform the menu and window button functions • The ES Pro uses a non-swappable lithium ion battery, rather than AA batteries. If prefer the latter as lithium ion batteries lose capacity over time. For the price I think it is a pretty good, if not flawless, gamepad.

Outstanding controller for a great price.
First off, I have absolutely no idea what is up with the negative reviews and complaints of “connection issues”… I took it out of the box, set the switch on the back to PC mode and pressed the pairing button, and it was instantly picked up and paired flawlessly… it hasn’t dropped connection or had any other issues at all in the 10 hours or so that I’ve used it and both windows and steam detect it up effortlessly as a standard Xbox One controller and everything works exactly as it should. Seems like user error to me! Anyway, as for the controller itself it’s absolutely great! Basically just feels exactly like an Xbox series controller but it’s a bit lighter in hand, comes with a rechargeable battery built in and has much, much nicer sticks and triggers. The dpad is also a little bit softer and less obnoxiously clicky which I like better although that’s more personal preference. Overall I see absolutely no reason to ever use or recommend an official Xbox controller on PC again when I can get one of these significantly better controllers for half the price.

Very ergonomic but maybe not worth the gamble..
This is a very ergonomic, comfortable controller based on the style of an Xbox one. My son is used to a PS controller but still found it easy to use. It linked up to his Switch with no issues, but we had slightly more of a problem linking it to a PC (Steam). We had to use a wire to connect it (I’m guessing our PC doesn’t have inbuilt Bluetooth), but it kept assuming we were trying to connect an actual Xbox one, which of course we weren’t, and it wouldn’t work for some time. Suddenly it seemed to recognise it and we were able to get it linked (see vid), but it wasn’t smooth sailing. With regards playability, my son said it’s “brilliant” and the best controller he’s used; he thinks the controls are smooth and there is no stick drift. It’s a shame there isn’t a long wire included to connect if you don’t have Bluetooth, or if you have issues with that, as we had to use our own. As it’s new the longevity remains to be seen, and the price is not much better than the cheapest genuine Xbox controller or some of the Turtle Beach ones, so potentially not worth the gamble…

Not reliable
Don’t know about its use for a Nintendo switch but on pc some buttons don’t do anything and others are in confusing places compared to popular controllers like ps5 and Xbox it worked fine for about a week worked very well actually until one day the a and the b button swapped so if I pressed a the b button function would happen vice versa

Feels more premium than an xbox controller
Brilliant , much better, more reliable and cheaper than an xbox controller, Has a good weight to it , does not feel cheap, no drift and buttons feel nice to use , and it has a few features that really suprised me , worth the buy
