I’m using this outside for dog poop. Lid closes fine, no smell, perfect size for 2 chihuahuas. Made it through a Midwest winter and still working well.

Perfect outdoor trash can, we use it for our dogs poop so it doesn’t stink up our regular trash can. Doesn’t smell at all !
