Which side of the breaker is the input Source and which side is connected to the Load?

The way I understand thing - there is no input or output. You could connect your wires the way it suits you most. With that being said, some people will put the "input" wires on the bottom and the "output" ones on the top. At least, that's what I did.

I would like a diagram of exactly how to wire this up. also, i see the seller mentioned a manual. can i request one also?

This breaker is as simple as it gets. As you look at the breaker there is a plus and minus indicators at the very top of the breaker. This is where your 12 volt supply connects. The 2 bottom terminals correspond directly to the 2 top terminals, positive on the right, negative on the left, top to bottom. These terminals on the bottom are what you connect the load you are protecting to, for example a solar charge controller or a solar array. The wiring schematic is located on the front of the breaker. I can't answer to the manual, I did not need one. You can go to You Tube and view a number of tutorials on these breakers.

Are the terminals large enough to take a 1/0 awg cable?

The terminals are small for 1/0 but good for smaller wires from PV.

Great little breaker.

Nice and small breaker. Used it to cut power from solar panels to charge controller. All the items required for installation were included.

Good Breaker

This breaker works great in my 2.6 KW standalone Solar power system. I use this between my Midnite solar mppt controller and the 48 volt battery bank. The way system is designed 63 amps will never go thru the breaker I think 45 amps might be at the top. This breaker is used for safety and a disconnect if i need to service the controller.

Works well, no heat, low resistance.

Used for a solar panel install. Worked well with the high voltage, although didn't push the amp rating. No heat built up at all and has endured the South Carolina heat without issues.
