This product got rid of a musty smell in the washing machine that had been there since we moved in. The result was fantastic - far better than I expected, especially after I’d nearly given up.

Two uses as a trial for the dishwasher...works great but I can't figure out why one load dishwasher/automatic washer cleaner and disinfectant has a premium price tag? A dishwasher is Hardy a luxury any more that could garner a premium price.

I’ve been trying to keep my washing machine clean using citric acid on a hot wash, but it clearly wasn’t doing the deep work required. My utility room had started to smell really "foisty" and damp, so I decided to try the HG Deep Clean and Service instead. The difference was night and day. Not only was the inside of the drum gleaming after one cycle, but the unpleasant smell in the utility room vanished instantly. What’s most impressive is the longevity. I’m now on week four, and there is absolutely no sign of the odour returning. If your machine is smelling a bit iffy and natural cleaners aren't cutting it, this is well worth the money. It’s a powerful, effective deep clean that actually lasts. I’ll definitely be using this as part of my regular maintenance from now on.

Works well but contains very corrosive components. Be safety conscious when using and it will do the job and you won't have a problem.
