Great Laptop!
I purchased the Lenovo Gen 12 ThinkPad Laptop because the laptop I took with me on trips had finally become unreliable. Its chassis is obviously durable, it has great sound quality, and was very easy to set up. It immediately picked up my WiFi network and I am impressed with its functionality. No wonder it was an "Amazon Choice"! I am always pleased when I get value for my money!

New Heights Product - BAD SELLER
Never received the laptop. Ordered it online from Amazon for $1,538 and got an expected shipping date. The date came and passed. Noticed there were no shipping updates. Amazon still gave the original shipping date, but said there was a delay. I went on to UPS website directly to get more details. It said the label was made, but it was never shipped. Went back onto Amazon and did more digging and found that the seller cancelled my order, refunded all my money, and then jacked the price up to $1,799.95! This is unethical business practice in my opinion. New Heights Product is the seller. I have placed them on my do-not-do-business-with list. They deserve negative 1 star for that at least.

It crashed from the start
This laptop crashed continuously even during the initial setup. Got a blue screen many times. Had to return it as it kept crashing/restarting itself. I ran the Lenovo hardware test and all was reported as “pass”, and reinstalled the OS from the Microsoft cloud… didn’t help.
