Mouth feels fresher during the day, less smelly breath Yes, it feels abrasive but no more abrasive than Oral B's 'pro expert' range. White spots (weakened enamel) seem smaller however it is too early to say this definitely (using a multi-pronged approach of this toothpaste, k2/d3 cod and butter oil, sugar reduced diet (1 teaspoon in morning coffee), and raw milk.
