I chose this one, because it is enameled lined, with a self basting lid. The colour I chose is I would say is teal, rather than sea green. I love teal! I made sure I read all the care instructions, because when you buy something like this, you want it to last, and by just avoiding certain things, like maybe putting it in cold water while it is still hot, or not washing and drying thoroughly, can lead to rust around the bare edges on the rim and lid. I wiped a tiny amount of avocado oil around the dish and lid edges to protect it. It came with a small recipe book. Also, cute little pads for moving it, when the handles are hot, and a silicon mat. My Polish friend taught me to cook Rosol, on the stove top uncovered, which was my first use of it, and as the heat distribution ensured the long slow cooking, essential for this meal, it was a complete success. It is heavy, even when empty, so check you will be able to manage it, All in all, one of my best ever purchases. Being able to start cooking on the stove, then transfer to the oven too, is very useful. It goes without saying that looked after, it will be durable and a great addition to any kitchen.
