Great basic printer. Haven't had any issues with it. Setup was easy and the print quality is great.

This printer is not intended for sale in the United States. Yet, it was shipped to me. I have no way to register this printer or receive automatic shipments of cartridges. The product keeps defaulting to Canada. Canon's website specifically states the printer is not intended for sale in the United States.

for an inexpensive printer, it was simple to set-up, but i cannot figure out why it always has a blank sheet when printing anything, from 1 page to multiple. it always cycles out a single page at the end. it was a quick buy to replace the printer and get it up and running fast. had a little trouble with the wireless set-up, but got it. used a cartridge of black ink already, told you it was purchase that was needed to be up and running fast.

this printer was easy to set up and and have icons on computer for the printer ( hated the other brand had to only use phone) once set up prints beautifully , i had cannon in past and sorry i switched brands but i am backd thankyou

It's a good printer - the third PIXMA I've owned in about 15 years of PIXMA use. But... this one shipped with "STARTER" cartridges that had less than 20% of normal capacity. Effectively, you end up having to buy normal or XL CANON cartridges when you buy the printer; an extra $70.00 to finish the project you were working on. And CANON has incorporated secure measures to make it very hard to use refill cartridges, so you gotta go for the expensive ones. It's all about the subscriptions to the ink cartridges.

This is one of the most meaningful grab I’ve gotten so far from Amazon, I picked up this CANON PIXMA TS3720 all in one printer for my everyday home Office use. It is easy to set up and connect to the wireless network without much effort and I was printing within a short period of time. I love that it’s a combination of printing, scanning and copying in one compact unit without taking up a lot of this space. The scanner works fantastic for every everyday documents and being able to print from my mobile device is an excellent feature to have. Print quality is crisp for documents and the overall performance has been reliable for my daily needs. If you’re looking for a reasonable sized, easy to use wireless sprinter for Home or light Office use this is an excellent option. Definitely recommend it and very affordable

For an affordable home printer this covers everything you need. Setup was straightforward and the wireless connection works reliably. I don't print often but when I do it's never a hassle to get going. Print quality is fine for everyday home use. Nothing flashy, but at this price point there's really nothing to complain about. Good value for what it is.

if there is less then 1 star i would give it. i am writing this review after 10 months of buying the printer. The issues have been present since day 1 but i made the mistake of trying to troubleshoot it everytime instead of simply returining it within the allowed window. This printer has wasted countless hours of my time trying to connect it to wifi. literaly every time i need to print i have to trouble shoot and set up the divice becuase it is not appearing on line from my laptop or phone. you would use it to print 5 documents for example and it goes off line after printing 2 documents so you have to set up again. so the whole process might take an hour instead of a couple of mintues Another issue is the tendancy of drawing more papers then needed. each time it would draw 2 or even 3 sheets instead of 1 and i have to refeed these sheets or just let go the waste of paper. It is too slow too . each paper takes 10 seconds or so to print. I will toss it in trash but really and advice: do not bother purachasing . many printers in the same budget preform much better.

I received the printer a few days ago, and had trouble getting it to connect to either my phone or PC. After struggling for a while I realized that the printer was flashing an error code. I looked it up and found it was saying the ink cover wasn't closed. On closer inspection I saw that the locking tab for that cover was broken, thus making the printer unusable. I contacted Amazon and they arranged for a replacement to be delivered which arrived in two days, I will ship back the broken one, pre-paid shipping. So last night I set up the new printer and I will say it was not easy. The QR code included in the box took me to an online instruction page. There was a link to click to connect the printer to either a phone or a PC. I clicked it, and the only option it gave was to connect to a phone. I thought maybe that's required before the PC connection so did wat it said... installed the Canon Print app and followed the directions. Sounds easy, except it didn't work... went through many steps, lots of waiting, lots of various indecipherable flashing icons on the printer, the phone app still telling me the setup failed, click HERE to try something different, which had us press and hold a button on the printer and try again, did nothing, failed again, click HERE to try something else, took us through the same procedures we'd already done, etc. As I was scratching my head and getting frustrated, my wife decided to just check if the printer would magically show up as available from the PC. Weirdly, it was. A test print was done, worked perfectly. Then as soon as she printed from the PC, all the sudden the Printer showed as also connected via the phone app. We tried a few more test prints from both PC and phone and it works well. Prints pretty quickly, quality seems good. Long story short, it seems a reasonably capable printer, but the setup stinks and it very unintuitive. IT presents itself as being simple, but when it doesn't quite work, like in our case, it doesn't help, just has you retry the same things.

I had been looking for a cheaper option for a printer/scanner in a while. I found this handy and easy to install canon Pixma printer which is what I need at the moment. The information on the website was exactly as per instructions. I am still using the added ink which is very helpful for a start to use and work on. while doing small task. Hoping to find a genuine ink with a cheaper amount. I am on an early time to say about the quality so far so good at this time. The only thing I noticed which will be more convenient is if it prints double sided otherwise it is still fine on how it operates now.
