When I was in the military, we lived on these during deployments. Easy to pack, easy to eat, and lots of flavor and 17g of protein. Now that I'm out, I still find myself buying these by the 12 pack. These are, in my humble opinion, the best flavor (Lemon Pepper). and for 12$ (how much I'm paying for them), I think they are some of the best deals for food you can get. The Tuna flavor is not pungent, and very subtle. But, the flavor of the lemon pepper is fantastic, and almost addicting. I dare you to eat just one...

Great Value for the money compared to anything else I could eat that is similar in size and calories and healthiness. A perfect size allowing me to choose how many I need to eat to be satisfied. Great to take along when traveling. I'm diabetic and must eat about every 4 hours. These provide a healthy protein snack, low calorie and very tasty! I prefer lemon on my tuna rather than mayo which makes them diet friendly. They're great sprinkled on top of a salad or delicious right out of the pouch.
