Great concept, design, engineering and materials. And it's fun to use!
I received my Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer very speedily by courier, strongly boxed, and I'm amazed to find such high quality at this price point, with free delivery too ... the Briefton is a superbly presented tool, and so well made, (a huge bonus to find in a world where Far Eastern knock-offs so often disappoint). I am also very impressed with Briefton's PDF files and videos online. Their website is a treasure trove. My early experiments have been promising, and I'm sure it'll help me replace the pasta I can't eat with better veggie alternatives. I have no hesitation in recommending this kit, it's top quality and the handle turning, blade replacement and cleaning up tasks are simple, intuitive and secure, though the manual is a must-read. A little imagination allows the production of so many recipe variations. By making large surface area spirals, I'm sure it'll work great to make inputs my dehydrator. I always take care, but any fears about sharp parts can be solved by acquiring thick nitrile or Kevlar gloves. My only recommend to the firm is that the 12 page guide included, though very informative and comprehensive, being in A5 format, its very small print is a bit tough on my ageing eyes. I scanned it in the end, which worked well. I can't find a PDF for the main booklet on their site, but perhaps they'll add that to the others. There ARE many other useful videos and booklets on their site, though, and on other web sites too. The main online recipe sites show lots of results on a "spiralizer" search. This kit is certainly not merely for vegans or vegetarians, and the results look truly appetizing. It's fun to use, and I look forward to many spiralizing sessions with every potentiallly spiralizable vegetable. I shall certainly use it on the mooli radish in my kimchi, and for some fancy looking sauerkraut and fermented carrots.

Its stays put! Sturdy, clean easy and does it well
Got bored with the same foods and routines over the last 5 years so I have been open to new ways to have foods that are good for you and simple to make. Having travelled a fair amount in Asia I loved the use of vegatables and being a 40+ male that likes to keep fit I tend to avoid high carb foods around dinner time if it is not needed. I do however miss making a 'complete' dinner when I put my food on the table. Spag Bol without the pasta ..looks weird. Curry without the rice. Chilli and so on etc... So I stumbled apon this and other products that can create an amazingly presentable plate of food with an alternative use of 'the vegatable'. Nobody should stick a vegatable in the corner :). Today I got back from work. Opened up the box with a little dread in the back of my mind. All good thankfully. Didn't have alot of time, grabbed a few veg. Never read the instructions (of course) but thankfully this was super easy to use and I still have all my fingers. Created the next few days worth of foods to stir fry or nibble on at my desk without any issues. Blades have a postive sturdy feedback when you place them, blades are super sharp. Not too big and easy to clean. Delighted for sure. Also pleasantly suprised at the well sized container that was included so I could start making veg noodles without having to run about looking for a container to put them in. Great stuff! Cons - It does create a little bit of veg/core waste but nothing that cannot be savesd and thrown in to a soup.

Worth it but beware the suction
UPDATE... just made curly fries again and I definitely think the attachment makes them on the thinner side, my son and partner don't seem to mind them thin, iv took a star off because the suction isnt good maybe its my kitchen surface i don't know but iv multiple times got it off suction position just be using it, id still reccomend it but with some caution to just be aware of the suction 1ST IMPRESSION... Just received the 7 blade option and so far do good, made curly fries for my son, im not sure if its user error but they were thinner than expected, i think I may try a different blade like the 3mm for spaghetti to see if I get a thicker curly fry, i will aso retry the curly fry attachment and update if it was user error or if in fact the curly fries are on the thinner side. I wasn't actually aware there was a 10 blade option but I'm happy with my 7 blade one, as im most likely only going to make spaghetti veg or curly fries with it, so unless you want fancy looking meals I'd opt for less blades and save abit of money. In terms of ease of use it was very easy the blades are very sharp so be careful, the suction on the bottom is good but I still managed to move it a little while using so please be careful, in all id say its definitely worth getting its very easy to use, they way its all stored together is a bonus to, I definitely think this will be used weekly so no chance of it being put in the back of the cupboard, id definitely reccomend

Brilliant, no reservations at all!
Looking for a Spiralizer, was not sure whether to go for an electric one but having read loads of reviews went for the Briefton 7 blade. It is absolutely terrific! Clearly a very well thought out, well designed and hence very effective and efficient item. It is simple to use and turning the handle takes very little effort and overall is all easily controllable. From out of the box to spiralized courgette in minutes. The clamping to worktop pad is very effective. It is easy to clean and disassemble as required. The blade change is easy & the storage and caddy system excellent. The range of blades is very good. You could argue that there is little size difference between some blades but then it does mean that you have more choice & of course spares should any become over used & blunted (which actually looks like would take some time as they are high quality!) I would highly recommend this item. The recipes online books are good too - and - bonus - by registering (for a limited period ) a free julienne strip tool and a separate peeler + a sauces book too ! I’d give a sixth star if I could !!

Quality product, easy and fun to use
Received the product promptly. At first, I have a minor problem with the blades caddy that I received, Brieftons is quick to fix it for me. Will like to give a thumb up to them for their prompt after sale service. This is my second spiralizer, my first one is a hand held one which is good for spiralizing small courgette. As I wish to turn more of veggie and fruits into imaginative and healthy dish, I decided to give a try on this 7-blades spiralizer. Briefton spiralizer is, in my opinion, a very compact little unit which is easy to use and wash. The suction cup for fixing unit to worktop is very good. It is great on soft but firm veggie (likes courgette, cucumber, potato, radish and carrot) and I am able to spiralize them into beautiful noodle with ease. For making veggie noodles from bigger and harder root (likes butternut squash, sweet potatoes and celeriac), it takes much effort to spiralize them, I found it better to get a helping hand to push the side handle, but they are well worth it when the beautiful noodles come out.

Very competent machine
I have found this spiralizer very easy to use so far. I have made courgetti, carrot spaghetti/noodles and brocolli stem spaghetti, all of which which I much prefer to pasta (tastier and lighter) and are quicker to cook- looking forward to trying other veggies. Have also used it to cut an onion into rings, then chopped it up- so quick that there was no time for my eyes to start watering, brilliant! It did all this with ease (even the hard carrots and brocolli stems.) The suction cup sticks it rock solid to the work surface. It is important to centralise the veg on the holders at each end to get spaghetti, and even though I started off central, found I sometimes had to recentralise part way through (if not, you get half moon shapes= not really a problem.) The only thing I have found a bit fiddly is cleaning it- the blades and spikes are so sharp that I use a brush under running water to save injury. That works well, but you have to shake the parts and leave them upside down for a little while after for the water to fully drain out of the nooks and crannies. I don't worry about the orange discolouration of the plastic that the carrots cause as I will doing them again soon anyway. It packs away neatly between uses. I'm glad I got the 7 blade one as the extra blades (not all tried yet) mean I can try things like making crisps etc, and the container and lid is useful for catching the veggie shapes and storing some if you want. This has really helped my family increase our veg intake (and decrease our calorie intake) simply and tastily- no complaints from them.

Spiralizer
Pros , it works fine for courgette/ zucchini noodles, extremely sharp. Easy to set up and neat to store Cons: so far, very fiddly to clean resulting in finger cuts despite great care being taken Needs better preparation: shape instructions for firmer veg like butternut squash as this eventually worked but not easy which was one of the reasons I bought it thinking it would be easy . Instructions booklet very small print Can’t get suction underneath to work so not stable making use difficult The lager spiky end near the handle needs to be metal as very difficult to get harder veg like squash to stay on it making use difficult Overall this has potential to be an excellent machine but currently these aspects make it disappointing for me after thinking all my research had found the perfect machine it has turned out not to be so. If it had been as easy to use as the videos suggest it would have been value for money

Better than I expected.
Wanted start high-fat low carb diet and balance it with enough vegetable intake so my tummy doesn't suffer. And I found a spiralizer would open many options for me and my family. I bought it because it can also handle larger vegetable like cabbage which will make making sauerkraut much easier. Also, spare parts are available which for a piece of mind that if something breaks you don't have to through the whole thing away. Although I do wonder what the LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE cover when the times come. I like the design of it where it packs back together for storage. It is easily take apart for cleaning. It can even easily go back to its box by unscrewing the handle. One good tip would be using it on a tray instead of the table as there is always a lot of bits left every where it better to collect it on the tray and throw in the bin than blocking the drain. Please be aware when check out make sure you select "ship the product in an Amazon shipping box" option. It's not enabled by default. You have to select it explicitly. I didn't and it was as bare as you would get from a shop shelf yourself, not even a plastic bag or cling film. For a kitchen utensil product, I like to to have the box where you can store back into for many years to come. Instead, the box was battered tear and look old with shipping label sticking across the instruction graphics on the box. I would have to return it if it was a present for someone. I was surprised the content didn't fly out form the box as it was only held by a piece of tape.
