Works excellent and is super quiet. It makes lots of ice and super quick too. Makes two sizes of ice and has a decent size basket to hold the ice. It makes enough ice to fill the basket in a few hours. I really love this machine cuz it helps me keep cool with lots of ice for refreshing drinks when it's hot.

Man I love this thing. I got it at $45, and I could not be happier with this purchase. It makes the ice quickly, and while it is a little noisy, it's no more noisy than my window ac, and way quieter than my high velocity fan (1450 cfm shop fan). I have trouble drinking water if it doesn't have ice, and this, dear lord, has made my lazy dreams come true. As I live in the upstairs of my house, and the stairway is narrow with thin steps, I'm not a great fan of using the stairs (I wear size 16 shoes, the steps barely are deep enough for my heel), so this has been a literal godsend for my laziness. I keep some jugs of water in my office, and between this and my coffee maker, I have devastated my propensity for dehydration. You just open the lid, take out the little basket, pour water in up to the line, put the little basket back in, close the lid, turn it on, choose small or large ice, and then start making your coffee. By the time your coffee is done (I have a 4 cup mini coffee maker) you'll have plenty of ice for your first cup, it's so simple and easy. By the time you make it through the pot, the little basket will be full of ice, and even if you take three full scoops out there will be plenty of ice left, and it's almost always been filled to the point that it stops making ice when I go to get ice, so it functions very quickly and the ice is fantastic whether large or small is chosen. I can't comment to its durability because... while it is portable, I use it as a stationary unit. This has made grinding grand marshal a much, much chiller task now that I don't have to walk across the house, navigate the terrible stairs, walk back across the house, do all the stuff I'm doing now, but 10 feet below my office, and then sit and wait for everything to get done with basically nothing productive to do while I'm waiting 10 minutes. Now I can be doing things like coding websites or doing graphic art, grinding my toon, practicing guitar or piano, drawing on my tablet, working through my retro backlog, cleaning my room and my office, whatever. It's seriously amazing and I love it. It IS basically a mini-fridge in terms of power draw, so for others looking to add this to their office setup, you may need to consider into which plug you're putting this so you don't overdraw the socket or blow a breaker.

versatile, smallish, makes cute little bullet shaped cubes large or small. I am used to appliances breaking down, so I am watching carefully and following directions carefully. Our brand name refrigerator ice maker stopped working. It was poorly designed and troublesome from the start. I am not trusting that brand again. But this little machine is keeping me in ice. I love it. This is my second review: The ice maker was delivered on 10/ 5/2025. It stopped making ice completely on 12/15/2025. Just over 2 months of service. That is not a good deal in my mind. I worked wonderfully until it didn't. If it would have kept on working I would have loved it. I bought it to replace the ice maker that died in my Whirlpool Refrigerator, which is not very old either. I have a terminal invalid in the house who craves ice and ice water. Now what? The manual says that if this happens and everything is is working as it should, there is a refrigerant leak. That is the case. I hope I can return it or get it fixed for free. This is my third review. After the ice maker stopped making ice, I called the manufacturer. They apologized and said they would send a replacement. Since they have color options, I asked if they would replace it with a green one. My little green ice maker came today. It is a beautiful color. I love it. I will give it two months, since that is when my back one stopped. If it is still working I will write another revies. At this point I am very happy with this little machine.

I'm extremely happy with the product. I ran it for 4 cycles upon receipt after washing it of course. then set it up and let it go. It is performing great. It takes about 30 minutes for the first batch of ten cubes, but it runs much faster batch after batch. I keep a container of filtered water out to refill the machine, which isn't often. I let the ice melt overnight with the machine off and then turn it on in the morning. This unit is my back up to my 35 years-old ice making top freezer fridge. Instead of constantly opening my freezer to get ice, I'll use this. It is economical to keep my fridge and freezer close through the day. The size is like an air fryer, and the ice comes out crystal clear. Teh basket is easy to place and remove, and I love the included scoop. should I need to drain the unit, there is a bottom secure plug. I have the black unit and it looks great along with my other small appliances.

Don't purchase. We used this product for less than one year and it stopped working. I contacted the seller, and they offered a $10 gift card. The original purchase price was $50. We replaced it with a $65 Mainstays brand ice maker from Walmart and it is faster and quieter. This machine was obnoxiously loud.
