Can it be used to apply postage stamps?

Yes, but you may want to see if there is a smaller model available for that, might be cheaper. Thing is a godsend for something like return address labels in bulk. Can do a few thousand in an hr.

What do you use to rewind the printed labels?

We get our labels already wound from our supplier.

Will a 1.5" circle label work with this?

Yes. We use it for a 2" circle label currently, and would easily be able to put a 1.5" circle label. Just make sure the diameter of the roll is no larger than 4", and the core diameter is 1" or it won't fit in the media holding area.

It says the stroke is 1.8-2.5''. What would happen on a 4'' long sticker? Would it still work if I kept pulling?

Never tried a 4 inch long sticker. but works great with a 2 inch diameter sticker
