Any way to adjust the tension?** A: I have been using this style draw slides for a long while and have learned a lot on how to use them. Unfortunately, in many cases with DIY'ers trial and error is a learning method most widely used and in most of those cases it's the best. These draw slides require 1/2 on both sides of the drawer for install in a cabinet or drawer box for the drawer to slide in and out as intended. If you follow the instructions for the slides, there should be no problem with install. Now if the drawer tension that you refer to is the sliding in and out of the drawer and the soft close feature is not working, then you must check that the slides are level front to back and with each other. **Q: what does 3-folds mean?** A: there are 3 peaces one that attaches to cabinet one to drawer and one pcs that slides on both, makes for stronger slide for heavy loads when installing do NOT force them close you will break the soft close, I know broke 2 in my learning curve, you may need to buy more screws I did the big box stores have them have had none fail after one year very happy with them **Q: It say's two pair, does that mean there is enough for 2 individual drawers?** A: Yes. There are 4 drawer glides in the package. Enough for 2 drawers.
