I’m still dealing with quite a bit of shedding so I haven’t seen the full results I was hoping for yet, but I know these things take time and often need to be addressed holistically, so I don't expect overnight miracles. That said I'm confident the cap is doing what it's supposed to and I have zero regrets about the purchase. It's pretty comfortable and easy to use. I'll keep using it alongside other things like minoxidil, scalp massage and supplementation, and am hopeful that with time I'll be able to get the shedding under control and regrow more of my hair.
