This was a great purchase! Awesome picture and works great after almost 8 months

Imagine a cinema experience in your living room. This is my second ultra short-throw - and I'll never go back to a screen. The 4K resolution pops, and the brightness, contrast and saturation are improved - even the black levels! Great price as well! Highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations, at 150" this projector on power saving mode is so much brighter, clearer and colors more vivid than my Epson 5040ub bulb projector at 120" on high power. Projecting on to a flat pure white painted wall. Even in daylight, the picture is very good. Must look amazing on a proper ust screen, maybe one day I'll get one.

Two months in, I started having an issue where the projector would turn on and the sound would work, but no image would be projected. I reached out to support, and they sent me a shipping label so I could send the projector in for repair. I sent the projector back, and they had it for about a week. During that time, I emailed several times asking for an update and received no response. Eventually, the projector simply showed up back on my doorstep without any explanation. Unfortunately, after a few days, the exact same problem started happening again. I contacted support again, and this is where things have become incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly tell me to call them, but when I call, I cannot get through to an actual person. I’ve been told multiple times that my case is being “escalated,” only to receive another response telling me to call. At this point, we’re at least 30 emails into this process, and I still have no solution. I’m stuck in a loop between email and phone support, with neither actually addressing the problem. I understand that electronics can fail, and I don’t expect every product to be perfect. What I do expect is for a company to stand behind its product and provide functional customer support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
