One thing I would say was even though this is a relatively new publication, there were buildings not on the map when we visited (Nov 2011) and difficult to find, so try to buy the most up to date map possible - Abu Dhabi is such a rapidly growing city! This book focuses a lot on hotels to say in and restaurants to eat in, and not really on the tourist attractions and other things to do. This is a residences' guide after all so perhaps not the best for travellers. It is a small and compact book which is good for carrying around, but lacks nice photos or more detailed maps.
