Bought it for my husband's loud snoring It works!
I wouldn't get anything higher than the 5" elevation pad. Both of us tend to slide down the bed during the night. It made a significant decrease in my husband's snoring and I imagine if he lost weight along with this he would stop snoring entirely.I did not purchase this for pain relief but it does give some relief to my neck since the elevation tends to pull the shoulders down and extend the neck. So, yes, I am happy with my purchase and the company shipped quickly. Do buy the covers. Yes they are pricey but worth it

HELPS AVOID ACID REFLUX AND THE EVIL GERD
I finally found this after years of watching my husband fight with assorted pillows trying to lift himself to avoid reflux. We talked about a lift bed. We have a memory foam mattress, so the lift would have worked. Still, I know from experience in hospitals that you have to wake up and adjust the bed every time you turn from your back to your side. He is a roller. We worried that we would slide down during the night, and since he is 6'3" it would cause his feet to hang out. That really does not happen. We may shift down a couple of inches, but still are no where near the foot of the bed in the morning. It does significantly raise the head of the bed, and is visually noticeable, but the relief that he gets makes that unimportant. This foam lift ends his nightly struggle. With the entire mattress angled, he can roll from his back to his side without waking up. He is having less issue with his GERD, no more fighting with pillows, and is sleeping much better. He is not nearly so cranky.I really wish that we had found this solution years ago.

Bought 7" cover to fit 5" pad, works great
I have the 5" mattress elevator. I saw the reviews that said getting the 7" cover onto the 7" pad was very difficult and definitely a 2-person job, so I decided to get the larger cover for my smaller pad. The cover was a little loose at the top end, but not by much. I understand why it would be hard to get a 7" foam pad into it. I'd think you would have to put the cover on the foam while it was still expanding if you don't have a second person to help you squeeze it in.The biggest area where it doesn't fit is actually at the bottom. The cover is too short. Given that I bought one sized for a bigger mattress lift than the one I had, I was surprised by this. I needed to fold back almost two inches of the bottom edge of the foam to get it in.I agree with the other people who have said they won't be taking it off to wash it. It would be a lot of effort. I don't think it will be a problem for me, though, because I put it under my mattress like a box spring, so it shouldn't be able to get very dirty. (Although if I had skipped the cover, the foam would be a dirt and cat-hair magnet, so the cotton cover is definitely worth the cost.)

These fit the mattress elevators perfectly
Keeps cat from sinking claws into the foam - which apparently is a lovely feeling.

Disappointed with the Design Change – Cheapened Product
I’ve purchased the Covers for Avana Mattress Elevator – Queen Size twice before, and I was thoroughly impressed with the original design. Those covers were excellent – full covers with zipper closures that completely enclosed the mattress elevator. They were well-made, functional, and exactly what I needed.Unfortunately, the latest version is a significant downgrade. The design has completely changed, and not for the better. The new covers only cover half the mattress elevator, leaving the bottom exposed. Instead of the reliable zipper closure, there’s now a velcro strap to keep the cover in place – a poor substitute that feels cheap and insecure. This change drastically reduces the product’s utility and quality. It no longer provides full protection or a polished look. I’m seriously considering returning this item because it doesn’t meet my expectations based on past purchases. It’s frustrating to see a company compromise the quality of a product that was previously so good. I wouldn’t recommend this cover to anyone in its current form. If you’re looking for a high-quality mattress elevator cover, I’d advise exploring other options.I wish I could give it zero stars but. I hope the company reconsiders this design change and returns to the original standard. Until then, buyer beware.

It's the only one piece full sized cover I could find
I'm happy with quality. It's got little rubberish dots on fabric to stop any slipping of bed wedge.I would recommend this product.

It’s ok. Couldn’t find an alternative.
Expensive for what it is and the fabric is rough.
