This bed is also better than the first round of beds we bought her. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely XL Bed *by L***X on 27 August 2024* I needed to purchase a new bed for my 10 yr old spaniel, as he has recently been diagnosed with arthritis. After reading many, mostly positive; reviews, I decided to order one in size XL. There is plenty of space for him to get comfortable in various positions - stretched out or curled up in a corner. He enjoys resting his head on pillows so I’m pleased with the design as there is essentially a cushion for him to use at any time which surrounds the entirety of the bed. The foam feels firm yet simultaneously soft, I imagine it is much more comfortable for his joints and will, in the long term, ease some of his aches and pains. Easy to wash as the foam is removable, just a zip to pop it out from the casing. The shape is aesthetically pleasing and the neutral colours allow it to blend into most rooms. Overall very happy customer, and hope that it lasts. Edit: I write this update on the 28th of November 2024. Bed is still in fantastic condition, doesn’t look like it’s aged a day and is used a LOT by my dog without prompt/persuasion, I take that as a sure sign that it’s comfortable and supporting his joints well. Edit 2: it is now 1st September 2025 the bed is still in great condition. Foam has not lost shape. Cover has survived the wash plenty of times.
