This is a great book to help you escape the pharmacy addiction. The medication only puts a bandage on. It's just temporary take meds long enough it causes something else to happen then they give you another med. It keeps going on and on. You just need to cut doctors loose.

The print was a bit on the cheap side for the money, and it's quite small. I would have expected more info and a better looking product.
