A nice looking toaster - Time will tell if it lives up to expectation and wear and tear!
This is a review for the Keenstone 4 slice touch screen toaster, it was reduced from £99.99 to £68.99 (31% discount), however there are some things buyers should know. The Keenstone web site in the USA is stll trading, but the email address on the the toaster box (info@) bounces back after a few days, there is a UK Address as well and I have found another email address, but not tested it. There is an online web form for queries, but i have not used this it yet, the QR code on the box which offers the extra years warranty uses a web site link that fails to take you to the registration site and ends up calling Temu or other advertising sites - so the 2 year warranty is not available.. The toaster that arrived with me is fine and so far currently working - however kept my old one as back up - it is working fine as at 22nd July 2025 (I received it 20th July) so it hasn't had heavy use, however I sensibly took out the 3 year extended warranty with bubble through Amazon at £12.99 - I strongly suggest you do this too. The defrost function is pretty much useless, as when the toaster is cold, it theoretically it should be perfect, however with all toasters this also depends on the thickness of the slice of the bread - it does add more seconds to the countdown timer, however if you use it again once the toaster is hot/warm, it would burn the bread so don't use it again on the next slices - I am still experimenting with that on first use. For normal pre-packed bread, Hovis Sensations - which is what I use, it will take 4 slices fine (vertical), however anything wider than that, it then becomes a 2 slice toaster - my old one has 4 seperate slots, this only has 2 slots so you need to put two pieces side by side in each slot. I will be updating the review after a few weeks and will report if the toaster has developed any faults, for £99.99 I think its too dear, but at £68.99 it is more reasonable - as to if it fails or develops a fault - I will be relying on my Bubble warranty.

Looks good, toasts badly
Looks amazing but can’t do its primary function. None of the settings work for an evenly toasted bit of bread no matter what brand or size you put in. No. 1 is warm bread, no. 2 is burnt corners and warm bread. 3 onwards is just burnt. Price is extortionate for how badly this works. If you want something to look good then this is your toaster. If you want toast, buy one for a 3rd of the cost that actually toasts This £100 now!!!…. Please just buy a toaster that toasts bread!

Inconsistent results
This looks really good and modern in the kitchen. Its a bit erratic though so you get different results even though you use the same setting each time.

Good, but expensive.
Good toaster, though colour selection of how well you'd like toast, bagel, etc will vary on the bread product bought. But also good guide and helpful. The only negative, price. Does seem expensive for what it does, on basic touch screen selection.

Love this product
Love this product, £100 is a lot for the toaster in general but I recon well worth it

We are throwing bread away
This toaster is so inconsistent we’re literally throwing bread away. Honestly, it’s hard to believe someone managed to make a product this bad at the one thing it’s supposed to do. It’s a toaster. Toasting bread is the whole point. And yet it can’t do it properly. It feels like a school project where they focused on making it look fancy instead of making it work. There’s a lit up display, which is cheap and easy to add, but the actual performance is all over the place. For the price, it’s ridiculous. This shouldn’t be called a toaster, it’s basically a bread burner.
