Well made and works perfectly
I play alto sax, and the old strap hurt my neck. This takes the weight off my neck and onto my shoulders. It's wonderful!! I can let my sax hang, and it doesn't hurt. I've had much improvement in my neck and back pain, too. I'm very happy. It's built well, and it's super comfy. I predict I'll be using it for many years.

Amazingly comfortable
I have been playing the saxophone for over 30 years and have a always looked for comfortable neck straps because sometimes I'll play for events up to four hours. The one problem I always had was the black neck straps messing up my white or light colored shirts. This one Is not only comfortable, the first gig I wore it four hours and didn't have any pain. And, it was with a white shirt...No stains! This is an answer to prayer! Love the strap and it looks cool and it's different! Great design to adjust and fit your collar bone and shoulder blades. The clasp is really nice to easily take on and off to switch between my alto and soprano sax. This is a great and wonderful neck...well shoulder strap!

Very good harness
I like this neck harness a lot. It more evenly distributes the weight of my tenor saxophone across my back/shoulders rather than my neck. I've noticed that when I play standing up, i'm playing in a more upright position than i did using my old Neotech padded neckstrap. A neat little feature that I appreciate is that the spring clip which attaches the neckstrap to the saxophone was included with a pre-installed rubber padding on the clip to help mitigate scratching damage to the clip ring on the saxophone by reducing the metal-on-metal contact between the clip and the saxophone ring. The only weird thing about this harness is adjusting it, if you need to. I had to adjust it a bit, and it's still not entirely perfect, but it's comfortable enough. One of the pads will occasionally require a push to the side if it creeps too far into my neck area, but not a huge deal I suppose. I would recommend trying it out. It's sturdy and folds up nicely to store into the bell of your horn using the included carrying bag.

Comfortable
So far so good with this new sax support. it was a little more than I had planned to spend, but a lot less than one a friend bought that was similar. My neck has taken a beating over the past 58 years so I needed to do something. This is that something it needed. There is no strain on my neck at all now. I'm experimenting with bending the supports a bit so the strings in the back don't rub while in a tee shirt, but that's very minor compared to my Neotec that I've used for years. And I hated the Harness I tried a long time ago. So, if your neck is bothering you I'd highly recommend the Cielmusic sax support.

Best neck strap I've ever used
I'm a 74 year old professional jazz tenor saxophone player. The years of playing with my horn suspended from my neck with a conventional neck strap has resulted in neck and spinal issues, as well as affecting my posture. I've used many different straps, but this is the first one that doesn't put pressure on the back of the neck. I stand straighter when I play and am not as tired after playing a gig. I did loosen the webbing that holds the 2 yokes to make sure they rest on my shoulders. This may be important depending on the width of your shoulders. One issue that could be corrected is the hook that attaches the strap to the horn. There is a concern that the hook is metal, as is the ring on the sax. There is a possibility that metal on metal would wear on the ring. The manufacturer must be aware of this since the strap's hook comes with a bit of plastic tubing to cushion this. Unfortunately, the tubing is to thick to fit inside the sax's ring and just gets pushed out of it's designated position. Using a plastic hook or redesigning the existing metal one might solve the issue. For reference, the horn I use is a Selmer super 80, but I think the size of the ring is fairly standard. I'll probably experiment with thinner tubing on the hook. This is a relatively minor issue and should not deter you from trying this strap.

It helps
This product definitely helps reduce the stress on the neck and back. But itโs not easy to customize (you need to adjust when the thickness of your clothes is different). I also wish I could adjust the position of the hook as I used to insert the hook to the ring on the sax from right side of the ring. The protective sleeve on the hook also moves. It would be better if the sleeve is longer.

Feels Great Works Well Insightful DesignYAY!
It arrived today, I ripped open the package and put it on. Did a couple of chores with it on and didn't notice it and then played my alto and tenor with it. Wonderful. I had no issues with my neck strap but I'm at an age and stage where prevention is wise..... and then after a time, I realized that some of my fatigue may well have been due to the neck strap .... I'm grateful for this device and its clever, weight-distributing design. I also really like the hook design too... very elegant.

So far, this is the best strap for Alto & Tenor!
This model by CIELmusic is a huge improvement for an already great strap made by Adorence which I've been using for the last 6 months. The aluminum frame is shorter and therefore fits the saxophone's bell. The metal used for length adjustment is small and uniquely designed. It doesn't slide at all while you're playing. It's about the size of a regular saxophone adjustment piece, unlike the 5-1/2" wide "Y" metal piece made by Adorence, which I think is unnecessary. Instead of a thick rubber tubing in the hook that prevents metal to metal contact in the sax hook, the rubber is shrink-wrapped in the strap hook as shown in the photo. The synthetic leather looks so real. The cord is a tightly meshed material similar to a boot shoelace _but a little narrower than the Adorence model. In just a few hours of using it, it's very comfortable. I was going to order another one but the product page says it's currently unavailable. When it becomes available, I'll go ahead and buy another one as backup. For the price and functionality, this strap is the best.
