Pros: Blood Pressure readings seem accurate if you manually start them and pay attention to the watch placement on your wrist throughout the 45 seconds or so the reading takes.Cons: The watch is terrible for telling time. There is no light so it's useless in dark rooms. It consistently loses time needing adjusted every 2 - 3 days. The step counter is terribly inaccurate to the point it counted 11,000 steps while it was on the charger. It's hard to tell if the sleep tracker is accurate or not so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. The rest of the functions were not needed so I don't know how well they work. The touch screen is small and inconsistent. It doesn't always activate when it should. It also doesn't always pick up your swipes to change modes especially if you let it in the Blood Pressure or Heart Beat counting modes for more than a couple seconds. The band stretched to the point I had to tighten it to a new hole after the first day and then it stretched to a point where it was between holes and impossible to wear comfortably (yes my preference just be aware it does stretch significantly). The charging station is small, easy to use and proprietary so if you lose it or break it (super lightweight and cheaply made) you will be in some trouble.For me, the main advantage this watch had was the blood pressure monitor. The monitor is too inconsistent if you don't have the watch sitting on your wrist properly making the hourly checks useless.Bottom line, if you don't need the blood pressure monitor buy one of the better known fitness tracking watches. If you need the blood pressure just buy a good device that specifically takes blood pressure. There are ones out there that will upload to phone apps.

This product is advertised as charging wirelessly. That's not true - it must be placed on the provided charging disk which must make physical connection with the back of the watch.The watch won't stay connected to my phone. I will start a measurement in the phone's Wearfit app, then the measurement gets interrupted when the phone has to reconnect with the watch.Save your money and buy something better.

This watch is very good and it is very comfortable to wear. I have worn it with all kind of clothes and it all fit. I am still evaluating the touch screen features but for now, so far so good. I would recommend it.

The watch is a very nice looking watch and functions work well...Problem I’ve had is that the watch as lost connection with my phone and I cannot get it to reconnect..Blood pressure function is a little off ( on the High side),but everything else worked fine with or without phone connection..

Great looking watch. I like that it looks normal and not like a crazy smart watch. Only problem is the charger that come with it. If you don't out it on perfectly it will not charge

Product worked, while it was together. Two tiny (and I mean VERY tiny) screws that held the brackets for the bands to the watch fell out. There is NO way to find replacements for these ones; thus the product is unusable. Of course they fell out AFTER the date I could return the product.

This watch is nice and comfortable and it looks good! That is all I can say. I have been able to make the watch use the apps the seller states you would be able to use, (i.e., FB, SMS, Email, etc.) Another piece of crap I bought from Kaden. The watch is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Buyer beware!

Although there are other useful features, I purchased this watch for the alarm feature. The alarm does work, however, it's volume and vibration was not sufficient enough to catch my attention, so it was useless for my purpose. As far as I could determine, there is not a means for a volume adjustment.
