Came back to add something... How to set camera IDs to 1, 2, 3, 4. Out of the box, both of my remotes controlled both of my cameras the same, because they both have ID set to 1. I didn't see anything in the user manual, but, the way i changed it was * UNPLUG your "#1" camera so that only your 2nd is powered up. * With this 2nd camera powered up and connected to your PC, when you're looking at the video display and you hit MENU on the remote, you can then scroll down through menu options for that camera. One of the options is to change the ID. I changed mine to 2. * Now when i press the 1 button either remote, only that 1st camera is controlled. Press the 2 button and the 2nd camera is now being controlled. Do this for up to four cameras if you want to be able to pan/tilt/zoom them all differently. This works with a budget HP laptop. I'm using the HDMI for external monitor so i have this camera going in through a video capture "card" at 1080p. Works great. There were very few options for PTZ that didn't break the bank and this is one of them; i bought it based on other reviews and it works exactly as everyone says. Picture quality is good at 1080p, which is all i use it at. I don't know about audio because i use external lav microphone. Connected easy, and remote works straight away. I do recommend this camera.

Great product with a great value
This was one the most simple setups that Iโve ever experienced. Video quality was great. It followed me around with no problem. The Bluetooth speaker was loud enough easy to set up with my phone and computer so I would buy again. How do you recommend this product? Thank you so much for making it easy simple product. By the way, this is my fourth time trying to leave a review for this product. I donโt understand whatโs wrong with Amazon but anyways yโall take care.
