The pots and pans distribute heat really well. I cook on induction, and let me tell you, water boils in an instant and the heat is not concentrated in small spots. Reverse searing is a breeze since the whole pan can go in the oven. Cleaning is also really easy with the proper technique and the occasional stainless cleaner. Das Design ist sehr simpel aber wunderschön, ich freue mich auch nach Monaten noch jeden Tag die Töpfe oder Pfannen in die Hand zu nehmen und damit zu arbeiten.Man muss natürlich sagen, dass der Preis für Küchenutensilien schon extrem ist. Wer aber auf der suche nach einem großen Set ist, dass ihn/sie das Leben lang begleitet und täglich Freude am Kochen weckt, ist hier gut bedient.Ich würde nur noch anmerken das man das Kochgeschirr, unabhängig der Marke, nicht in den Geschirrspüler packen sollte und auch mit der Dosierung der Hitze vorsichtig sein muss.
