Absolutely blown away by this soundbar
I was pleasantly surprised by how good this soundbar is. Setup was quick and painless, I had it connected and working within a few minutes, no headaches at all. The sound quality is excellent. Dialogue comes through clear, the bass has nice depth, and overall it makes a noticeable difference compared to regular TV speakers. Movies and shows feel more immersive, and music sounds fuller too. The companion app is a great addition. It gives you a solid amount of control to adjust the sound to your liking, whether you want more bass or a more balanced mix. It's a nice touch that adds real value. On top of all that, the price is fantastic for what you get. It feels like a much more premium product than the price tag suggests. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home audio setup.

Excellent product! Highly Recommended!
INITIAL REVIEW: Excellent! The Sound Bar is very easy to setup. When I first opened the box and realized how tiny the soundbar and subwoofer were, as someone who already has two elaborate Bose Home Theater Systems, I was skeptical whether it would produce any good sound. I was wrong! Although this cannot be compared to my high-end Bose systems, this little fella packs quite a few big sounds punches. I needed this for my bedroom flat TV where I do not need anything as heavy as my high-end Bose systems, and this soundbar works perfect with just the right amounts of punches and clarity. I love it! I highly recommend this soundbar. UPDATED REVIEW (04-13-2026): I initially gave this Sound Bar five stars after setting up the first one I purchased. Since then, I purchased two additional sets, then I noticed a major problem. The Optical port does not work in any of the three sets. Also, the Bluetooth does not work in two of the three sets. Very disappointing. I returned one set. Therefore, I am changing my review from five stars to only two stars. SECOND UPDATED REVIEW (May 08, 2026): I purchased three Poseidon M60s Soundbars, but I returned one of them. Then I received an email from the manufacturer (seller) with heartfelt apologies and an offer for an upgrade. They sent me the upgraded Skywave F40. This Skywave F40 that I recently receive is a kind and unexpected replacement from the manufacturer (seller? for one of the two remaining Poseidon M60s (lower soundbar tier than the Skywave) that I purchased. I initially was not expecting this upgrade, but the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me an upgraded system. However, that does not, and should not, affect my review here. Although the Poseidon M60s are great (easy to use and have great sound, but I had a little issue with the Optical port); this Skywave replacement is a lot more advanced with more impressive features. For examples, it has forward-firing speakers, side-firing speakers, up-firing speakers, and two surround rear speakers (automatically paired and synched wirelessly). Moreover, the soundbar and sub-woofer of this Skywave are a lot more stylish and streamlined, with gold accents, and it fits any décor – whether hidden off sight or placed in open view. I have been using two separate BOSE 535 III Serries Home Theater system, which are outstanding. However, the Poseidon M60 and Skywave F40 almost rival the Bose systems I have in terms of sound clarity and the Skywave F40’s surround; and at a fraction of the costs of the Bose systems. In fact, the little fellas carry some nice punches and give the Bose systems a run for their money. For example, when watching a movie with the Skywave F40, and you see a vehicle or train coming from the northwest (front-left) of your big screen heading towards the southeast (rear-right); you can literally hear the sound coming from the front left side of the room, coming towards you, passing you by, and vanishing through the rear right side of the room behind you. That’s exactly what my BOSE systems do, they cost me thousands of dollars more. My conclusion: Both the Poseidon M60 and Skywave soundbars are simply marvelous; with the Skywave F40 also having the Bose edge. I can confidently say that both the Poseidon M60 and Skywave F40 deserve FIVE FULL STARS, especially at their price points.

Great sound for a Budget
First sound bar I have ever tried, and now I wonder how I have lived without one for so long. Sound quality is night and day compared to TV speakers, which were adequate before hearing the soundbar but now are unbearable. Definitely worth upgrading your sound system, and for such an affordable price, this is a great purchase. Super easy to set up and is sleek sitting on a TV console. The app is good but not necessary unless you want more customization. The included remote works great if u want to adjust the equalizer. Sound bar also turns on with Tv which makes it so seamless.

For a smaller room or back up TV, it gets the job done
It works (most important!), but some of the comments that people make regarding the bass initially being low are true but it's easy enough to set up. Is this the best sound system? No, but it's not trying to be. It's light years ahead of TV speakers and the extra sub give it some additional "thump". Is this as good as a traditional audio system or will it replace mine? No way. This is a decent upgrade for a smaller room like a bedroom for casual viewing or where someone isn't intending to try and shake the walls. It's not meant for that. With that in mind and having realistic expectations, it'll get the job done. Sound is clear and having the centre speaker lets dialogue remain clean. Compared to my Yamaha receiver though, it feels like the audio lacks "warmth", but as the old saying goes, they don't make em like they used to. At this price point, it's good. Here's hoping it lasts, but reliability will take a while to know.

Best for the price
I’ve been using the ULTIMEA Poseidon M60 Boom 5.1 Soundbar for a bit now, and honestly, it’s one of those products that punches way above its price point. If you’re coming from built-in TV speakers like I was, the difference is immediate and honestly kind of shocking. 🎬 Sound Quality & Performance The biggest standout for me is the 5.1 surround sound with Dolby Atmos support. For a soundbar in this price range, I didn’t expect such a wide and immersive soundstage. Watching movies feels way more cinematic — you can actually hear sounds moving across the room instead of everything coming straight from the TV. Dialogue clarity is another huge win. Voices are crisp and easy to understand, even during loud action scenes, which is something my TV speakers struggled with a lot. There’s also built-in voice enhancement tech that really helps balance everything out. The subwoofer adds solid bass — it’s not over-the-top, but it gives explosions, music, and background effects a lot more depth without being overwhelming. It feels balanced rather than boomy. 🎮 Everyday Use (Movies, Music, Gaming) I’ve tested it across pretty much everything: • Movies: Easily the best use case—feels like a mini home theater • Gaming: Directional audio actually helps with immersion • Music: Surprisingly clean, especially for Bluetooth streaming Bluetooth 5.4 makes pairing quick and stable, and I didn’t notice any lag when streaming audio. ⚙️ Setup & Features Setup was super simple — plug in the soundbar, connect the subwoofer, and you’re basically good to go. No complicated receiver or wiring mess. It also comes with: • HDMI eARC (great for high-quality audio) • Optical & USB connections • App + EQ presets for customization • Remote control for quick adjustments All of that makes it really beginner-friendly if you’ve never owned a sound system before. 👍 What I Loved • Huge upgrade over TV speakers • Clear dialogue without constant volume adjustments • Solid bass that doesn’t overpower • Easy setup (no technical headache) • Great value for the price 👎 Small Downsides • Surround effect is more “virtual” than true rear speakers • Bass is good, but not “shake the house” level • Some fine-tuning controls could be better 🏁 Final Verdict Overall, the Poseidon M60 is an excellent budget-friendly home theater upgrade. It gives you a taste of Dolby Atmos and surround sound without needing a full, expensive setup. If you’re looking for something that’s easy to install, sounds great for movies and gaming, and doesn’t break the bank — this is honestly a solid choice. ⭐ Rating: 9.5/10 – Great value, impressive performance for the price.

The BUDGET home theater system with an EXPENSIVE flair.
Covers all the bases for this audiophile. I grew up in the 80"s where a standalone stereo was typical for most households. As I got older the stereo slowly faded out of existence due to the creation of personal mp3 players and cell phones with streaming apps. While I've had small BT speakers and ear buds, my most fulfilling audio piece was an old Phillips soundbar bought several years ago. It had no BT capability and its highest value was an optical audio input. I had been getting by with this setup of playing my Spotify through an app on my smart tv that was connected to this old soundbar. It was decent but it definitely was lacking for a true audiophile. Fast forward to last weekend and I had had enough of not being able to "experience" my music. I jumped on Amazon and found this Ultimea Poseidon M60. It had everything needed for a budget shopper like myself. BUT, it's far more than a budget item. It also checked all the boxes for the audiophile in me. BT capable so I can connect my phone, HDMI eARC input from TV and sound aspect control via the standard bass, midrange and treble adjustments on the remote. BUT, there's more! This HOME THEATER also has an app that accompanies the very capable 5.1 speaker system. In this app there are several more sound control adjustments that can be made. There is an EQ for precise adjustments and the ability to save adjustments as a sound style of your choice. The remote control has basic sound style choices that are preset such as music, movie, and sports. While the subwoofer is not BT it was not a deal breaker and I still love this unit. When I received it yesterday I immediately reverted back into the annoying teenage traits of JAMMING OUT! I've always lived by the saying, "If it's too loud, you're too old." The sound clarity and volume level capability of this unit had restored the life of the home audio system I knew from years past. And while I know that it's main purpose of use is not as a home audio system, it satisfies that role PERFECTLY! Oh yeah, it's also an AMAZING home theater system that makes movies feel like your in the actual theater. To say the least, I am EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants more for their movie experience at home. Or if you're like me, you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone and use it for all your audio needs. Bottom line.....BUY IT! You won't regret it. 👍💯

Just buy it!
Frankly, I'm a bit stunned. Based on the reviews I have read I expected a noticable improvement over the sound from my bedroom TCL Roku TV speakers. I did not expect an improvement so significant that it caused me to lie down on my bed and spend an entire afternoon listening to music and movie excerpts. The sound is nothing short of amazing. Exceptionally clear dialog, very nice sound stage and stereo separation, and oh-so-lovely bass. But let's be real. Does this soundbar compete with my media room system with a high-end Yamaha AVR and Miller & Kreisel speakers? No. Duh! There's no way a soundbar located underneath the TV can match the sound of three front speakers, two side speakers, two rear speakers, and two ceiling speakers. But we're comparing a $130 soundbar to a several thousand dollar separate component system. Nevertheless the Ultimea M60 is an absolute delight to listen to. Movie voices and solo singing voices are pegged right in the center as they should be. Listening to classical orchestral music, the instruments in the orchestra sound positioned properly. What about Dolby Atmos? Not so much -- without real ceiling speakers, all the electronic gadgetry in the world is not going to be able to make jet airplanes sound like they're roaring over your head. If you are realistic in your expectations, I'm sure the M60 will both meet and exceed them. The setup is very easy and fast. The Bluetooth setup and connection is simple and easy, as well. Using an HDMI connection to the TV allows the TV remote to control the soundbar's basic functions. I do wish the RCA cable which connects the soundbar to the subwoofer were a bit longer, but that can be handled with an appropriate length RCA extension cable with a male and female termination. I highly recommend this soundbar.
