Can I use this on chopping board / butcher block?

Yes, I use this specifically on all my cutting boards, wood and bamboo. Also on wooden utensils. Thoroughly clean surface, liberally apply oil, allow to sit for a bit and remove excess with paper towel. I also use this exclusively on my marble counters!

What are the ingredients? Is it pure mineral oil, or is there added tocopherol?

I ordered Vi-Jon, got Swan brand instead. Not pure, tocopherol added as stabilizer according to bottle ingredient label (99.9% Mineral oil).

I need a good mineral oil for my cats' ears. Is this the right type of mineral oil for pet ears?

It is plain mineral oil but should not be harmful for any pets ;)
