Q: Will this product stick to other plastics or hard rubber? Thanks.

It will stick to itself and also sticks to some other plastics like ABS (Legos), acrylic, polycarbonate, polyester, PVC (tubing) and vinyl. It won't attach to wood or plastics like nylon, polypropylene, silicone or Teflon. It is unlikely to stick to rubber. You can glue it to many things with Superglue.

Q: Is this shiny or matte when dry and set?

I would say it look semi-gloss. Not full shinny but not matt. I used matt black spray paint on my design to dull it down.

Q: could i do this on a plastic mold and melt it with a heat gun or just water?

If you are talking a plastic mold like for soap or candy, I would say test it on a corner of the plastic, because there is a decent chance it might stick. But it will for sure work on a silicon mold. And yes, you can both use water and a heat gun to melt it, just be careful because heat guns can make it way to hot if you aren't.

The pigment is proprietary and is compounded in with our translucent moldable plastic.
