Ranch dip. Ranch dressing. Ranch flavor. This thing got you covered.

Perfect size!
Love the size of it, But still not use to the flavor of it. It's a bit differant from the traditional HV ranch dried seasoning blend. But being overseas at the moment this helped my craving for the ranch flavor while cooking.

Good flavor, very salty
As others have said, it is very salty. Very potent. The flavor has strong garlic flavor and a bit of spiciness. A bit like raw garlic spicy though not as strong. It's like the flavor of a garlic aoli. In comparison, Hidden Valley has more of a balance between onion/garlic and the other flavors. Making ranch with this using sour cream, milk and mayo is pretty good. It will be a potent salty outcome because you have to put enough to get more of the flavor. But it goes great with fries or anything like that. I just don't drench it in the sauce because of the saltiness. It's ok, but if you want to use the powder directly like on popcorn or fries, probably would want to use a very light amount or go with another powder for that.

It tastes nothing like hidden.
I am a fan of hidden valley ranch packets that you mix into sour cream. and their ranch dressing you make from similar packets using buttermilk and mayo. this tastes absolutely nothing like those. nothing. this tastes nothing like any ranch ive ever had. does it taste bad? no, but it doesn't taste good and its for sure not ranch. if your a fan of hidden, you won't be a fan of this. i only tried this because its ingredients were on the low side, hoping it had less filler in it.
