Purifier Hot+Cool HP2 De-NOx

Absolutely wonderful product. It heats an entire large room perfectly and very low noise. The air purification also works great and the sensors for the air quality as well. And you can control and track everything on the app while away from home. I would highly recommend this product. It may seem a little pricey but honestly it is well worth the cost as you have a very well built stellar heater and air purifier built in one.

Love it. Gives peace of mind to be able to ventilate my home when I’m not there. Don’t like that the heating feature can’t be accessed by routine nor by anywhere it’s only by remote control. That’s a regulation feature.

A bit on the short side compared to my other Dyson fan. The fan is quiet and blows well, it's not as strong as some bladed fans at max power, but for the noise this is very good. The heat is quite warm, and I wouldn't leave it on all night.

This is a piece of trash, I returned it within days via UPS , could not even heat a small room. I have bought many Dyson products before this was my first heater / air purifier . The remote had no lighting, was a cheap little remote with no lighting, defeats the purpose if you need to turn on lights to use it. There was no real effect as it did not heat room, maybe slightly warmed over an hour. USES lots of POWER does it actually purify air,, unknown. I returned days after receipting it. Amazon is not issuing refund “delayed” no explanation. Affirm is asking for payment!!!! Past due even though amazon received days before due date, surprisingly very fast after purchase and receipt. As mentioned sent it back and they received it days before due date. Now they are stating wait 30 days after I sent it to them for “natural refund after 30 days”. Dyson has a “satisfaction guarantee” I AM NOT SATISFIED ! will pay for this hunk of junk, returned everything in original condition with all manuals and stupid remote! Knew i had to write a review regarding this after what happened to warn all buyers to not trust Dyson name anymore. Over $700 for this pos.

Lo compre porque mis hijos resultaron alérgicos y llevaban varios meses enfermos asi que decidimos complementar el tratamiento medico con un buen purrificador de aire y este fue la clave que nos hacia falta. Vimos mejoría mas rapido en nuestros hijos, y sumando que es hot & cool lo hace una super inversión. Lo super recomiendo.

El control de temperatura es espectacular. Sólo 2 estrellas porque no puedo usar ni una función "smart" porque el wifi no sirve.

El sensor de calidad de aire no funciona y marca una alerta (signo de exclamación); la conexión al celular tampoco funciona.
