Excellent quality, fantastic product!
I’ve never used this type of treatment before but my husband raved about it. So I got this to try and it’s awesome. It has a gentle warming and is providing relief after one session. But this brand especially is really awesome!!! It’s an incredible quality made from great materials. The light pad itself is well made as well as the display/controller. It’s not cheap plastic. It comes with a really nice bag to store it in and an extra strap to lengthen the strap on the pad. Just an excellent product all the way around. I rarely write reviews but this is so nice I thought I just had to review it!

This is a must try, it’s helped me!
My knees & thighs ache & effects my walking. Using this nightly really helps with the inflammation & pain. I do this when I’m settled for the evening while watching tv. I would highly recommend this product & I feel the difference when I don’t.

Needed help and none given/Allolo helped out
Stopped working need to move cord to keep on no longer does infrared. Bought July 6 2025 Insurance said to go through manufacturer. I love the product, but need one that works. Stored carefully when not in use. Need replacement They sent a cord and it worked for a week or two. Can’t get help from Assurion cause file open or something. Bummed about the whole process. No help no return no warranty that I paid for sad Company is now sending a replacement. They were helpful in trying to trouble shoot and came to the conclusion a new unit was needed. Customer service did respond. Really good, having been missing treatment on my knee.
