Again this item is perfect for my needs & excellently made. Will use it in the car on lower tummy & upper thigh for IC & pelvic floor pain. The XL size, weigh, & ties allow me to use it in the car or at my destination. Heats in microwave & can tie it under my shirt discreetly. My family & I use other items from SunnyBay daily. The moist heat from heating in microwave is the best therapy. Thank y'all so much.

Great for the car ride
I love this hot cold pad.I use it at night and often on my drive to work in the morning. My back is toasty warm and muscles relaxed.I like the tie so you can use it on legs neck etc.A great useful heat cold pad.

too heavy to keep tied at waist, but the smaller neck wrap is great

Provides heat AND mobility!
Superior construction. Just put in a microwave oven for one minute and then turn over and microwave for another minute.Best features are high quality construction and the mobility it provides. No wires but freedom!
