Good for long runs
This is one of those rare products that feels like it was designed by the people who actually participate in the sport it is intended to be used in. It's got plenty of pockets, lots of doodads to keep things from bouncing around, and multiple ways to fine-tune the fit. It is very easy to carry a lot of water and organize phones, keys, and gels. That said, I noticed a couple of things that could be adjusted a bit: -The tube for the bladder is VERY long. I had problems with it rubbing against my neck and shoulders. I think I can fix this by using a sewing machine to add some velcro to the straps. -The sound of the water bouncing around in the bladder can be annoying especially as you drink more. However, I think this is going to be an issue with any hydration bladder. -The biggest drawback--the whole vest tends to "ride up" a little bit during long runs. I have to choose between this, and tightening the chest straps so much that they become restrictive. I think this might be something to do with me being large-chested, but I'm not sure what the solution is at the moment. All in all though, this is a very good product, and what it offers are enough to balance out its very slight problems.

Small and lightweight
This hydration vest is perfect and just what I was looking for! It’s so lightweight and comfortable for my long runs, and fits me perfectly. It’s not bulky, but there are extra pockets for carrying everything you need. I’m really impressed with the quality of this vest. Highly recommend!

Excellent vest, skip the bladder
I use this for all my long runs. It has room for my phone, snacks, credit cards, keys, and the mesh pouch on the back fits a hat or gloves. The back is mesh lined so it doesn't get too sweaty and it's holding up well to a quick dunk in soapy water and a rinse after runs. I wear it over a shirt and have not had any problems with chafing. It is on the big side so I wouldn't recommend it for a woman with a small frame. I'm 5'8" and I have the front straps pulled all the way closed to keep the vest clear of my arm swing. The only thing I don't like about the vest are the large holes at the corners of the pocket for the bladder. You can't put small items down in the bottom or they'll fall out. That's a minor quibble and overall this vest is well made and a great bargain compared to similar name brand running vests. Skip the bladder though, which is why I'm rating it four stars instead of five. The bite valve is so bad as to make it unusable. It either drips constantly or more often doesn't let any water out. Even when it works the amount of water that comes through is skimpy and I found myself constantly trying to suck on it for more fluid. Fortunately my old Platypus bladder fits in the vest and works like a charm so I'm running with that. I'm sure a Camelbak would work too.

Great Purchase
This hydration vest is great! I wore it for the first time on a 25k trail run. I was nervous about using something new, but it worked perfectly! Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Doesn’t move around much at all. Has lots of pockets and storage. My phone fit in the front zipper pocket. Great deal!

It’s Fine But I’d Try Another
This vest is fine. It is extremely hard to suck out of the water spout, and the mechanism to lock/unlock the spout so you can sip is not well made. I’m always having to fumble with it to see if it is open, which you don’t really want to have to do on a run. But it doesn’t leak, which is important. The straps are secure and I have no chafing issues, but I can’t recommend to any woman with a large chest - the two straps are too high up, and they cause the vest to slide up throughout the run. Not a terrible product - has lots of good pockets, etc. just not the best either.

Great for running and hiking!
I love this hydration backpack! It’s small & light and can carry 1 1/2 liters in the bladder and a 20 oz bottle in the front pocket. It also has a pocket for my phone, one for fuel, one for ID. It fits great and works well for running or a short-medium hike.

Great hydration pack for running
Pro: The water bladder it comes with opens up enough you can put your hand inside it to clean it with a dish cloth. I like that. Seems like good quality materials/construction. I've used it twice so far. If you fill it up with cold water it is like a cool pack when it is hot outside. Con: One of the straps slides over after a while and rubs on my neck, but it isn't chafing. The zipper pocket is too small to fit my phone, but does hold a credit card. I put the phone in an open pocket, so far it hasn't fallen out.

Hole in water bag. Vest was fine.
Extremely disappointed with this product. I bought this a little over a month before I would actually need it (stupid I know, I learned my lesson because now I can’t return it) first time trying to use it I fill it with water, I’m fully stretched and ready to go on my run and just my luck there’s a dang hole in the bag. The running vest itself is nice, I used the vest to carry my phone and some gels but I really needed my water especially since I’m getting into longer runs as I am training for a marathon. Just super irritated A) with the hole being in the bag, and B) for the window of returns closing after a month. Which I guess next time now I know to test the product as soon as I get it in. Oh also, you can’t even contact the manufacturer so that’s annoying.

Great product
Doesn't slip or move when running and has lots of great pockets to energy snacks in. The material is easy to clean and doesn't get heavy when wet. I used this bag for an Ultra 10k trail run through an alpine ski course - it poured the entire run and this bag was comfy and perfect for running. Fits nicely over boobs too!!

A great budget option
Long distance running friends of mine recommended far more expensive branded options than this, but as I run sub half marathon for now, this is great. The pockets fit my large samsung note 9 phone, a microfiber towel and keys easily, though I should probably run with a smaller phone. The backpack is reasonable comfortable and has not irritated me yet. There is minimal insulation so I found that the water bladder can get warm against my back after just a few minutes. However, I have also put ice into the bladder to extend the cold water during hotter weather. This is a great choice for someone who doesnt know what they need yet regarding hydration for distance running, and to help you determine your preferences before upgrading to something more premium.
