Q: I need Additional Velcro straps to hold items. Where to buy?

Easiest thing to do would be, go to a Michael's or Hobby Lobby. Probably Wal-Mart, too.

I bought a 30” and it came with the straps. Not sure about the 34”. However, the description says that it comes with straps also.

No, my 14.5 with collapsed stock JUST fits inside. My overall length is 16". However I swaap stocks and 1 is longer than the other which helps. Either way get a 36 or whatever is the next bigger size.

Q: Can you lock the separate compartments with locks. i live in the republic of nj and transport laws are extremely strict here?

Possibly with small suitcase locks through the zippers. I never really tried but it does hold a lot and doesn’t look like a gun case is why I got it.
