These are the only vitamins I buy. I do not buy any other brand because ForestLeaf has high dosage vitamin D and for me that is what I'm looking for. I honestly don't feel any different when I'm taking them, but just knowing that I'm getting a nice dosage of vitamin D matters to me. It's a good price for what you're getting.

Excellent product. Love that there is NO gelatin. Works very well. If you are taking a gelatin covered capsule and your vitamin D levels are not improving well, try this product and you should see your level improve.

As a weight loss patient, I have to take more D3 than most people. I take 2 caps daily (100,000 iu's) plus K2 [Nutricost Vitamin K2 MK-7 100 mcg] (K2 is critical when taking large doses) and my vit D lab runs around 70. Vit D is a hormone and responsible for hundreds of processes in our body. Being low on D is not healthy. Brain fog, fatigue, and muscle aches, just to name a few, will occur if you're sub par on D. Most people have no idea they are low and doc's don't seem to want to take a vit D level unless you ask. Well, ask them. Find out. These are very small pills, so they are easy to take and the price is right. I've taken tablets in the past, and even larger D3 supplements. These are really small and do the job. Very pleased. I highly recommend this product and have recommended it to my family members. I also recommend the Vitamin D book by Jeff T. Bowles (see photo). Educate yourself on the importance of taking adequate D.

While many recommendations for Vitamin D3 are for 2,000 to 5,000 IUs a day, a physician told me that (especially during a pandemic) we need at least 50,000 IUs. If we have symptoms of illness, at least double that... if not triple. Fortunately, Forest Leaf offers this tiny capsule that packs that much D3! I also learned that there's no real "cold & flu season", although winter is generally regarded as such. Why? Because we're not outdoors: and when we are, we're usually bundled up, not allowing our skin to absorb sunlight for Vitamin D production. While it's easier for fair-skinned people to convert sunlight to Vitamin D, darker skin doesn't do so efficiently. That's why supplementation is so important! When the Darling Bride gave me her flu (thanks, hon!), We both took two of these capsules. Combined with our vitamins, that was over 100,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 a day... and and it helped us knock that bug out of our systems faster. I've been really happy with this Vitamin D3 supplement. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, making them simple to take every day. This product is excellent! Taking this little pill once a week and receiving and keeping major results is truly amazing. I'm a 38yr old African American female and for the past 6 years I've had hip pain, initially it was off and on then over time the pain stayed constant in my right hip. I tried natural remedies, foods, stretches, exercises, massages, pain meds, and creams and they were all temporary fixes. Eventually my left hip began to pain me about a year and a half ago also. I know bone pain is normally an issue with vitamin D deficiency which all of my children have also. D3 is very good for the body. I had a rash which might have been shingles. I rubbed directly on it and it made it feel much better.
